This confuses me. Jett reports that Ledger may not officially be signed, but states that there's more info he'll post later. Later that night, he posts that Ledger has officially signed. If Jett knew he had more info to post later, why did he tell us Ledger might not sign? Did he perhaps know WB would be making a press release, but was uncertain of what it would contain?

I think that piling in the villains is just repeating the same mistakes made by the first series. Why not have one story arc for 3 films, with maybe 2 villains in all 3?

you can always have multiple villains. It's the writing that can save it, not because its too crowded.

I don't get why...we think if Ledger declines...that instead of re-casting him, WB and Nolan will just go with a different villain? Thats just dumb...there were plenty of great suggestions out there...they should do the Joker with or without Ledger if thats the case.
