You're right, I can. But Maggie AS Rachel is apart of this movie and some of us would very much like to discuss her role AS Rachel past "She's hot" or "she's ugly."

According to Eckhart's statements in a recent interview I believe he says his fiance is killed. If that's not Rachel, I don't know who is unless it's Random Harvey's Date #3.

Maggies problem is mostly the way her skin is starting to sag...she's got the hollows under the eyes and the deep side-of-the-mouth lines. I guess she doesn't believe in injections, because she'd look a lot prettier with a little light work =P

I don't think having high standards can be defined as tasteless. If anything we have more taste b/c we are more discriminating in what we consider hot, average or below average.

Hey man I have a beautiful sexy girlfriend that I intend to marry and I go on these boards everyday, and she enjoys the fact that I do so. If you let my statement hurt your self esteem about being an online nerd lol it only means you need to make it stronger for yourself, or your probably being sarchastic. Just to throw it out there I appreciate old-fasioned beauty which Maggie has and is very rare these days. Theres only a handful of good actresses that have natural beauty, I for one am just a fan of the old-school.

I do have the taste in the old fashioned, because that's probably the golden age of actors. And if you look at that particular period, the actresses were all talented, and many of them also looked very alluring.

Maggie, imo, only has the talent. I can get dogged about this all day long, I don't care, but I would have wanted someone that encompasses acting skills and undoubted beauty. There are quite a few people that do like Maggie, and I respect that, but clearly her appearance is controversial. If Bale can get critiqued for his muscle mass, I don't see why a girl's appearance is not any more different.

Ahh well im not talking about cultures my friends, im talking about the way people are and Ive lived so many places its hard to remember. I have dealt with SO many people from my job, dealing with clients, living in 5 college towns etc. I pretty much know how people are, and the general mainstream public these days is so ignorant and one-sided I could care less, because Im an individual who ignores everyone else and does my own thing, basically blacking out everyone else around me unless I have to interact with them. Now see, I don't necessarily think it's a need for someone ****ty. But someone that they can find alluring on-screen. I can only speak for the people in my circles, but Maggie is considered average here. And so is Holmes, but she's a little bit more pleasing to the eye.

You asked earlier who I would have liked in this role. I think one of the best young candidates that encompasses beauty AND talent is Amy Adams:

Very few, if any, can deny her acting range. Ditto for her appearance. I don't see much complaints of any kind if she was cast from the very beginning.

Well I don't think talent is lost in Hollywood, just that true "stars" are very lacking these days.
