What's really interesting is seeing how much better the action scenes are in SM2 than SM1. The best moments of SM1 pale in comparison to the moments in SM2. Watching that fan clip actually helped me relive how I felt the first time watching SM2 in theaters.

What's even better is realizing this and knowing the effects in SM3 are going to be even better!

yah i noticed that last weekend wen i rewatched spiderman 1. some effects looked dated e.g peter jumping from roof to roof wen he first discovers his powers. the effects in that scene our horrible. there pretty much flawless in 2.
 
I disagree,the first scene of him swinging with the pizza's was awful.

hmm i gota rewatch the scene...i do remember a bit of wire work wen he swings away from the kids that i thot looked fake but thats not effects.:spidey:
 
He looked like he came out of a video game. It was so out of place,and crappy.:(

spiderman movies r very reliable at doing characters justice HAVE FAITH MY FRIEND.
 
^I dont doubt that-hayden church as sandman is inspired casting-and I like the look of topher as brock; but watching that youtube cartoon really got me in the mood for more venom-all the mind games were cool and there were some great quips coming from venom.

hehe theres an adult joke in there too with rhino wanting to finish fighting so that he can "go home and polish his horn""

..I kid you not. :)
 
I especially liked the scene where he dangled Spidey like a marionette.:up:

Actually, he's playing third bow, Sandman first, GG2 second and then Venom last. Classics first, just the way God intended. :p

yeah me too-also the unmasking-which from the sound of set reports of JJJ shouting "get me a camera" sounds like it'll be in the movie.(and the underground train fight in the cartoon as well)
