Really....what? It seems more like you call it that because you've decided long before the trailer what your opinion on it should be. That's the only funny thing about your caption.

First of all, you´re taking that caption waaaaay too seriously, which means your assessment of what´s funny has little or no relevance to me.

Second, I´m more than okay with serious, and there´s far more seriousness in Raimi´s Spider´Man than his bashers choose to believe. That teaser was pretty much all dark, which is not quite the same thing, and although there are some darker Spider-Man stories, it just doesn´t feel like Spider-Man to me, certainly not the Stan Lee SM or the Roger Stern SM or even the Bendis USM, all of which had a lot of lighthearted fun to them, again a lot more than the Raimi bashers choose to believe. Am I saying the movie will suck? No, I´m saying the teaser feels like that, and that´s not how Spider-Man feels to me, never was, and never will be.

The mechanical webshooters were not a deal breaker for me ten years ago, an they will not begin to be now either. There are aspects of the comics that are very much, but as a fan I am entitled to have preferences and priorities,and they´re not a major one as far as I´m concerned.

Aside from the studio's need to differentiate this series from the previous one, I am baffled as to why they would choose to present this reboot in such a way.
