Looks like the fight is going to end up inside the train as well...

The more I think about it, the more the whole bullet train fight concept seems to come across as too much for this grounded tale...

...but I guess every comic book movie needs a mega-produced action packed third act set piece.

What would you prefer? Yellow spandex?

Aronofsky's reason for not directing The wolverine is the same with Vaughn not directing X3. He didn't want to be out of the country for a year.

But Vaughn later said he really left because he couldnt have made the film he would have wanted to. Rothman is a well documented meddler, many directors and other members of crews have confirmed this, is it any coincidence Fox's blockbusters started to improve once he took a back seat in around 2009/10 before leaving completely?

He meddled heavily with Origins, along with the likes of X3, the AvP movies, the FF movies and Eragon to name but a few. And all turned out pretty poor movies. Not exactly a coincidence is it?

Out of those I kinda find the FF movies watchable. Not great and nothing I would really take note of if they are on tv, but if nothing else is one I'd probably give them a watch.

for me The FF movies weren't that bad, I actually prefer them over Origins, the films of Ghost Rider, Punisher, Elektra and Blade.

What's with the blood spatter? Is he cutting his own torso there? :P

There's an exclusive image in the EW mag has anyone been able to unlock it?

That's a dang good poster. The only thing that looks kinda weird to me are the claws. The way they're positioned, part of the claws would be extending out of the tops of his palms. It's kind of weird, because don't all the other movies have the backs of the claws lining up with the back of his hands?

Yeah, it's bad photoshopping again. Movie canon has his claws extend out between his knuckles.

Aren't they like that in the trailer too? Whenever they use the CGI claws. The claw placement simply isn't consistent.

and I just don't get that

X1-3 never had a single problem making his claws look real and good

but the two movies that focus specifically on Wolverine??
not so much

It's one of those things that seem like it should be easy to get right. Also, I don't understand why they use CGI claws as much as they do. In Origins for example with the infamous bathroom scene, why didn't they just use practical claws for that? That made no sense to me.

Wow, claws are actually coming straight out of the gaps in between his fingers.

Woulda been so much better if they just left the claws out...but I guess it wouldn't look like a "Wolverine" poster then...

Photoshop mess but I guess it's better than nothing. I like the Japanese title though, Wolverine: Samurai.

What I'm happy about is they are giving this movie a lot of posters. Origins only had a handful of posters and most of them looked the same.

Yeah the poster looks great and all but the claws!! Why are they photoshopped out of place? Whoever did it, needs to learn where those claws come out of in place...geez.
