Really, if anyone wants to go back to page one here and debate if the Hulk's the "strongest in the Marvel Universe" I can come up with half a dozen examples of him NOT being that.

Against Black Bolt. (Multiple times!)

Against Superman. (Multiple times!)

Against the Hulk Killer Android.

Against the Destroyer.

Against Sattanish.

Against Klattu.

Really.

I would love love LOVE to get back on topic and debate this with someone, no piss ant nonsense.

If there's anyone that actually believes that the Hulk really is the most powerful character in Marvel, that is.

DACMAN already conceded that Hulk would fall to reality warpers many pages back.

I suppose the topic should be whether or not Hulk is the strongest in terms of physical strength.

Which he isn't, as has been shown.

He failed to beat the original Glob in a slugfest.

Same with the Leader's Hulk Killer Android.

Same with the Destroyer.

Same against Pre-Crisis Superman.

I can post all of these examples. I can reconstruct the entire "Hulks strongest!" argument quite easily.

It's really not a case of just "reality warpers". Hulk's not at the top of the marvel totem pole period. He's a peer of other top tiers like The Surfer, Thor, Black Bolt, and so on.

Beat the Juggernaut?

He had a fist fight that ended in the comic equivalent of Marko tripping over his own shoelaces.

Oh, wait, you're one of the people who also counts their very first fight as a Hulk win because The Juggernaut was 50 feet away from the Hulk at the end of the fight.

Gotcha.

Hulk crushed Juggs damn Helmet, then proceeded to slide his ass down the street with his own momentum. That's a win for the Hulk.

Depends whether you call a ring-out a testament that Hulk surely defeats Juggernaut.

For an actual defeat, I'd evaluate on who KO's or kills who.

No he didn't crush Juggernaut's helmet, he did however leave a few impressions in it, however Juggernaut was still wearing a pretty much intact helm at the end of the fight.

Also it wasn't even a ring out. Juggernaut wasn't at a point where he couldn't make it back to the fight, or something like space. Hulk used Juggs own momentum to get him out of the way so he could finish what he was doing then leave, he didn't want a full head on fight with Juggernaut because he knew neither would win and it'd take forever. Juggernaut however was not unconcious, and probably half way back when the fight ended. Now if Hulk tossed Juggernaut in space or something and Juggernaut couldn't get back...that's a ring out. Juggernaut however was not incapacitated in any way shape or form, and completely capable of rejoining the fight given a few more minutes to get back to the battle field. Hulk just bought himself some time before the fight restarted.

Wow. He crushed his helmet?

Unbelievable.

No, really, The Juggernaut also drew blood from The Hulk. Just as considerable if you want to be ridiculous and consider that grounds for a "win".

"Sliding down the street" thankfully has all of NOTHING to do with being beaten physically in a straight forward fight.

It's the equivalent of me pushing you over and proclaiming victory!

The Juggernaut MATCHED strength with the Hulk. Flat out locked up and stalemated him, proving to be every bit as powerful as WWHulk. Every bit.

If Marko had let go and let the Hulk go I'm sure it wouldn't be excused here. It'd be a loss for the Hulk.

Sure.

Dismissing.

Your grasp on the English language is flaky beyond words if you think that's the Juggernaut being "dismissed".

They had a test of physical strength, if you're having an intelligence issue suddenly. Neither could overpower the other.

Question for Phenomenal.

If the Juggernaut had left after hitting the Hulk some distance away (HITTING him away, not letting him trip) would this of counted as a win for the Juggernaut?

Hmm?

He could of, after all!

Hulk's removed from the fight and the fight is only continued when the Juggernaut smashes THROUGH what's between them.

Phenomenal?

I'm waiting, Phenomenol.

Does or does not removing someone from a fight constitute as a win?

Though, it doesn't say who's the more powerful of the two, who can KO or kill who.

Though we all know Hulk and Juggs fights go back and forth....Hulk won that confrontation.

@X: Post the rest of the scans please.:o

I'd like to show another blatant Hulk loss, guys.

Asgardian Destroyer tosses the Hulk, resulting in a win.

Nope. There's nothing else pertinent to this discussion.

Hulk was removed from the fight in a physical answer like the Juggernaut was.

You said this was the Hulk, and I quote, "dismissing" The Juggernaut.

So the Juggernaut in turn has dismissed, and beaten, the Hulk.

Well, if you count ring-out as victory and a sign that Hulk is the more powerful of the two.

Personally, I don't see it that way, considering that Juggernaut was still able to return and resume battle, if Hulk wasn't in a hurry to take Xavier.

And another embarrassing Hulk loss!

Getting tossed away from the fight... Sure does pile up.

You completely dodged his question. You count WWH vs. Juggs as a win because Juggernaut was "tossed" with his own momentum, despite Juggernaut being fully capable to fight and was on his way back to do so. However you skip over his scan of Hulk being tossed where Juggernaut could have strolled off, as he was making a parallel inbetween the two fights.

A win is incapacitating your foe. If your foe can't move, is unconcious, cannot get back to you, is dead, etc., then it's a win. If Superman throws someone who doesn't need to breathe into space, and that person can't swim back, then that's a win as that person under their own power can't do a thing and is more or less helpless and has to drift. Juggernaut however in this situation was not unconcious, and could easily return to the fight with the main trouble being stopping his own momentum and running back. Juggernaut was not incapacitated and was fully capable of returning, thus not a loss, just a strategic move on Hulk to get Juggernaut out of the way long enough to complete his goal and get out of there as the fight seemed to have no end.

Phenomenal, I'm waiting.

What's the difference between your own momentum moving you out of a fight for seconds or being tossed away?

Hulk just can't stop losing fights because of this technicality!
