so tell me DACMAN.
Lets say, hypothetically speaking in his history somewhere Hulk was replaced by a Skrull. Would you count or dismiss losses suffered as real?

If the Skrull had the exact same powers and memories? Yes.

That is the MOST FULL ***** statement I've seen you post so far!! You and all of us know full well IF a Skrull was pretending to be the Hulk and had all his powers and got beat you would be running all over the place saying it doesn't count cause it wasn't the "real" Hulk!:whatever:

so why does my intuition tell me that if someone brought up a loss hulk suffered, you would pass it off by saying. He beat the Skrull-Hulk, to which I say Meh...
Am I alone Hypers in thinking that this is perhaps an apt assumption, or have I gotten to deep into the bourbon bottle tonight?

I think i'd like to see it cited that the skrulls possess the full and exact powers skills and memories of the people their impersonating.
I think thats an unreasonably big assumption anyway.

do you think the thing's crap is big orange rock too?

If it is then the FF's plumbing bills must be sky high.

Unless of course Reed developed some sorta specialized waste disposal on account of that fact.

the baxter building is in fact built out of Ben's crap.

Sorry DAC but even I'm having a hard time believing that. You would be pretty quick to say those wins/losses wouldn't count b/c it isn't the real Hulk.

I mean honestly, you have discounted Hulk's losses as Gray Hulk because 'that wasn't the real Hulk'. :whatever:

Not to pat myself on the back to hard, but I did think he might say that now, but in another situation he would react differently. So one more little shred of credibility down the drain.
Not many Left DACMAN, not many left.:oldrazz:

He might say what now?

sorry my mind tends to move faster than my fingers on the keyboard.
you see.
I had a feeling that he would say that he would count any victories that Skrull-hulk would accumulate.
However I also knew that none of us would let that statement go without pointing out that he would not accept any losses because they are not suffered by the "real" hulk. following along so far???
Good
So I set a logic trap for him, to prove to myself and anyone who was keeping an eye open, that DACMAN is allowing a double standard, and is therefore unreliable. By his rules one loss means that he can lose every time. so therefore having proved him wrong this time, by his logic he can be wrong every time.
Mostly I just wanted to point out how obsessed he is, and I think I did that nicely.

Sorry, this is what happens when I am alone in the house and have to much to drink. I'm going back to watching Dr. Who now.

Alright, since it's been a while. Can someone put down the exact details of Hulk and Sentry's fight?I would side with DACMAN,about Hulk winning..but it's always good to know details.

So, I guess Sentry's million exloding suns power was hyperbole!

According to WWH#5, pretty much.

If you compare it to his early showing against Genis-Vell in New Thunderbolts, it's (arguably) inconsistant.

Sentry couldn't take out Hulk with that kind of power but Iron Man's SATELITE does?!!!:o

Money is cosmic. Plain and simple.

What is wrong with comics today.

Too many big events and editorially-driven stories.

And no one pays attention to continuity anymore.

I wouldn't put too much stock into Sentry's battle against Genis-Vell either. Nothing happened in there; a pocket dimension.

SATELITE > Sentry/Hulk!

Your right, no one pays attention to continuity anymore!

Which is why I put said (arguably).

SATELITE > Sentry/Hulk!

Shows us the power of money.

(And yes, I'm being sarcastic here.)

At least DC tries to streamline it with it Crises. Marvel's just pile retcon after retcon after retcon. . .

Silver Surfer is probably the one with potentially the most strength. He can channel the Cosmic energy in an unlimited fashion into physical strength.

You set a logic trap that has no founding but a similar subject, and a hypothetical true subject?

DC's not streamlining anything. They've confounded their relatively sound post-Crisis continuity by trying to reintegrate tons of pre-Crisis stuff for the sake of their Silver Age-loving employees.

In fact, if ANYTHING, they didn't compact, but supercede it's original boundaries with Infinite Crisis.

Streamline would imply it's easier to understand, and smaller to handle.

Such was not the case.

It's an attempt, nonetheless. Even if they pretty much failed at doing that.
