WWH > Sentry > hulk haters crying after reading wwh

So? I don't really see the problem with this.

Though, if some characters on 616 Earth got involved, WWH would have ended early. But that's a huge stretch, considering the characters and their current status.

I agree. Continuity isn't even that well defined. What made The Phoenix Saga "in continuity", exactly? I didn't see a whole lot of tie in comics showing how everyone else was reacting to a giant fight in the middle of Manhattan. How about the death of Gwen Stacy or Captain Stacy. You mean Matt Murdock, a valued New York attorney would make no mention of such events? And J.Jonah.Jameson may love to write scathing reviews of Spider-Man, but he doesn't strike me as the type to completely ignore a fleet of Sentinels exiling themselves into the sun. Sure the heroes are interconnected in a sense, but continuity basically is something fanboys like to harp on more than anything else. Marvel has been around since the sixties, and most of the time Avengers and it's related solo titles rarely told stories that could be reconciled. How exactly is Thor on Asgard yet also fighting Kang and Ultron at the same time? How is it that Captain America can be oversees fighting the Red Skull with the cosmic cube and leading the Avengers against the Kree? Quite simply, he can't. But we let it go when a good story is told.

Absolutely.

Speculation here. You don't know how WWHulk would have ended if other characters got involved.

Well, say against a Wanda who retained her powers and went crazy again or a pissed off Frankling Richards, not long, really.

Did Sentry at any time at all try to burn Hulk with energy blasts?

Did Hulk Take the planet explosion of planet Sakaar?

Thank you so much.

To clarify, the warp core explosion rendered the planet unsuitable to support life anymore, and it supercharged Hulk's powers.

did Sentry ever try to vaporize Hulk?

He just let loose. From the pages of Mighty Avengers, for all the power he has, he has little training wielding it.

I don't think it was unsuitable for life so much as it just sucked. Things could still clearly survive there, since there were survivors hanging out on the planet for however long it took to get the stone ship going.

Thanks for the info!

I thought the warp core just messed up directly where it was (like maybe a continent or so), and Hulk just left it to go basically kill the Illuminati, as he believed they were the ones who did it.

why was Hulk constantly b****ing about how they "destroyed my entire world"?

Because he's a drama queen. Remember all those years he whined about wanting to be left alone but never just hauled his ass off to the Arctic or a desert or some other totally barren area? He hung around major population centers in the US. :o

Basically. The planet itself was still clearly capable of supporting life. If it weren't, everyone who survived the explosion itself would've died afterward.

He might mean like, his life. "My world is my son". That sort of thing.

Like...the Hulk, and all the air breathers, which would be...all of them. x.x

I figured he just meant they destroyed everything he cared about on Sakaar. He was the leader of the people and he had a wife he loved as both Banner and the Hulk and who loved both versions of him in return. That could very easily count as a "world."

Yeah, his "world". Though I used his son as an example. But it would be more accurate that he meant his world as in his son, wife, the thousands if not millions killed by the warpcore breach, and the radio station, playing Christmas music, all day long.

Never read "Planet HULK Prolog" have you?

That's what made what they did so bad. He was all alone doing great when Fury tracked him down to clean up a S.H.I.E.L.D. mess. Then after possibly saving the entire world they blast him into space.

Okay, my mistake. So there was one time out of the dozens and dozens of times he's complained about wanting to be left alone while tossing cars over in New York. Good to know he finally started learning his lesson after about 40 years.

Doesn't mean he wasn't dangerous. He did just kill a bunch of people in Las Vegas (Fantastic Four arc) after all. Even secluded, it's only a matter of time before the Hulk finds his way back to civilization, be it through his own naivete or the manipulation of another.

Difference being?

Not the real Fury?

Maybe. The comment could have been taken as how many he seriously injured during his rampage.

Regardless, the Hulk has never deliberately killed anyone in his rampage, according to Cho in Incredible Hulk (#110 I think). Banner runs super-mathematics (like the Action Man cartoon) to prevent the loss of life.

Take it as a retcon, if you will.
