Yeah, I've never been a fan of the cape/shield link.

even though I wasn't a huge fan of it at the start, if your going to change Superman's suit the Man Of Steel suit is the way to go. The only changes needed is to make the colors brighter (especially around the belt) and to give the cape a black or yellow "S".....thats really it cause all the armor crap that they put him in with the New 52 and injustice is just plain awful and completely out of character.

The armor gives him a military look which Superman has zero ties to and why the hell does Superman need armor in the first place? We've seen in the New 52 that Kryptonite still affects him and it offers nothing against it so its completely pointless.

Brighter colors, more noticeable belt and a second "S" on the cape

Armour is not a characteristic or an action.

It's not military wear. It's not actually even armour, although the early concepts did have it be armour. It's just Kryptonian dress. Just like Man of Steel (which actually did happen to be armour).

He doesn't need it other than it being as indestructible as he is. If Batman never got shot, he'd never need armour either.

I usually don't like the high colar but I really really like this costume. Even the shield-becomes-cape-thing. classic costume is still better imo

Waaaaay better than new N52 costume, imo.

this is pointless to quote me on cause right after I gave points as to what I meant

actually it IS, they even state that it is in the comics itself that Supergirl wears ceremonial armor and Superman is wearing a military style one that he got from Brainiac. In Man Of Steel Superman's suit was NOT armor nor was it suppose to be. It literally is underwear sort of as a joke to the fact that they got rid of the red trunks.

He could just have the material his cape is made out of duplicated and ta da, make a suit out of it, no need for armor crap

I don't think Superman's "belt buckle" in MAN OF STEEL is meant to be a belt buckle. It's just a piece of ornamentation on the outfit. A nod to the comic design, and something to break up the field of blue.

Though I agree that the "floating belt" would be kind of pointless.

Especially since many are resistant to it being an actual utility belt.

Something similar to this would be awesome to me. I really like how the cape connects to the symbol and I think the yellow belt is better than the red.

I hate the Injustice costumes for Superman and Batman, and that includes their "Regime" attire. Just ****ing horrendous designs. I'm so glad they added in a good amount of alternatives for both of them.

I'd love to see the Eradicator in screen, if for no other reason for his costume!!

Seeing as we are on the belt topic. Was there pockets on the man of steel suit? Because when superman give lois the command key he sorta jusy whips it out of no where.

^ He had no pockets that I saw. He must have just had it shoved down his onesie.:oldrazz:

It was in hammer space.

I kid. It was tucked into Superman's bra.

I actually like the cape linking with the S. Always thought it looked cool.

hahah great idea's all ;)
It's like my one pet peeve about movies/games when they magically pull things out of no where...

Issue number? And if it's from Supergirl it probably missed editorial oversight.

His suit it chainmail.

Where would he get Kryptonian fabrics duplicated on Earth? C'mon.

Also, if you're given indestructible clothes, the final lifeline from your extinct world, would you go "pfft, nah. I want more of this, impossible to recreate, material. Screw you my extinct species and dead family!"

Which colors and suit I prefer?
