Since the Arkham rubber suit is such a hot topic and because I haven't commented on it I'd like to share my opinions.
The suit looks great, it really does. However.... it's not exactly the way I picture a live action Arkham Batsuit. I was always under the impression that the suit was more of a gray uniform and a body armor could be used under the suit to not only protect Batman but to make him look as bulky as the video game character. And the belt looks very awkward. Give Batman an ordinary military belt with the pouches and use the same belt buckle but make it a bit smaller. I love the gauntlets but they need to be slightly shortened. Same with the ears. The suit looks to be pretty exaggerated for the game, such as the fat belt, the long gauntlets, long ears, etc. These aspects would have to be adjusted for live action.
Plus I'm pretty tired of the rubber suits. I want something that's fresh. But knowing WB they might want Batman to continue looking like a life sized action figure because it looks da awesumm for the kids.
