I could totally see somebody robbing a bank in that thing.

The kind of people ive seen wearing that hoodie in my town dont exactly look like good sumaritans.

It would be a decent concept for Azrael.

Okay, amended. :cwink:

I like,
1. Forever
2. Begins
3. The Dark Knight

...Hm.

It needs the scallops, but that's actually not a bad concept. Certainly better than the tiny symbol/bat bra combination.

Right. Add scallops and ears to the chestplate, and you'd have a traditional black bat symbol. Still don't understand the concept behind the tiny batarang.

No offense but a hoodie would be the worst possible Batman costume imagineable. I hope that's just a sarcastic post ;)

When i was a kid i had the muscle chest 89 shirt it was badass i wish i still had it.

TDK emblem is cool as the film's logo but I never liked it as an emblem. Too simple and too small for my taste.

I feel like the only reason people love the black bat so much is because of Frank Miller, not because its the original symbol.
Miller's use of the black bat is far from the only reason—hell the oval showed up in TDKR as much as the black bat (though admittedly one could argue that Miller ripped apart the oval with obvious intent in favor of the latter). Look, I'm not going to say the oval doesn't work in certain respects but the black bat better fits the darker Batman motif I prefer and in the end it is either or for me and I chose the bat—and that it does look look cleaner on a black&gray scheme and was in fact the original symbol doesn't hurt.

LOL....no. Not at all.

Theres so much backlash against the oval, even Grant Morrison acknowledged it in the commentary extras for one of his Batman TPB's. Its come to the point where the current costume, which has the oval, is being replaced...after less than a year, mind you, to bring in the black bat...again.

If anything, the oval has become underrated amongst fans, and frankly, I feel like the only reason people love the black bat so much is because of Frank Miller, not because its the original symbol.

Disagree. I prefer the black bat because it looks better on Batman to me.

Agreed.

Someone should manip the TDK chest piece with the BB chest logo. Take that idea of thurning the bra into the symbol but use the BB symbol as the template.

The superman costume is looking better than this latest batman costume which is pretty sad

I wonder if we'll ever see the JL/Armie Hammer Batsuit... it sounds really cool. :csad:

"It was very, very character-specific. It did have a semblance of a battle-armor feel, but at the same time, because it was so character-specific, it was all made out of the finest materials. Because Batman has such incredible resources, his utility belt was made from the finest Italian leather and highly polished, and the things that would come out of his forearm, they were titanium but wrapped in very fine leather. I mean, it was all really well-done, very utilitarian. This was before Christopher Nolan's THE DARK KNIGHT had come out, and this was going to be the first movie where Batman would be able to turn his head [in the cowl]. We had the first bat-suit that let the head turn, it just never got the chance to make it onto the screen."

I would like to see pictures of it.

I thought he was a horrible choice to play Batman but I would love to see that suit, i have a feeling i would like it alot more than TDK suit.

Sounds kind of *****ey. Batman doesn't strike me as the type to get hung up on the finest Italian leather, etc. That's more Brucie Wayne's area.
