Catwoman is so awesome that she can make the Hulk carry her around. :o

Well I'm going to ignore that i saw "raiders chase scene" and "bored" in the same sentence today. To me that's the measuring stick for all action chase scenes.

The desert chase sequence is also a classic.

That scene is awesome.

Seeing Batman pull off the under truck slide and hook onto the back of a truck in TDKR would be incredible. Unfortunately very little chase sequence have even come close to the brilliance of that scene from Raiders.

On this weeks podcast of Keepin' It Reel at IGN.

Stax mentioned that he did a set visit for TDKR. Unfortunately, they haven't been able to run it yet because of an embargo. But he said they knew there about the goggles/ears. He also said they were shown a great photo of Catwoman that WB NEEDS to release. So great that it should've been her reveal photo and not the one of her on the batpod. Because it had everyone saying now "that's Catwoman!"

Apparent editing issues aside, I love love LOVE the chase in TDK. I really felt the same way for the one in Begins, pretty much because at the time every superheroflick was chock full of bad cgi, and that one brought it back to french connection.

I have very high hopes for the chase scene in TDKR, especially if it's the final action scene.

That sounds like the Catwoman-Safe picture tbh. I'd be suprised if it wasn't, but we've pretty much got our good look at Catwoman, I'm sure we all want her in motion now :word:

I think it was different because they mentioned the photos from the EW article.

I guess I'm the only one who didn't need IGN's opinion to know Anne's already a great Catwoman... :jabba

Haha, I cannot wrap my head around the fact that there exists more of this film than what we've already seen. It's weird. Like it's some unobtainable movie that will never be here.

It really does still feel pretty abstract, which is amazing at this point honestly. Once the new trailer drops though, we cross over the threshold where s*** gets real.

I mean, not trying to spread a rumor or get hopes up but...now that we know the trailer is done and we know that WB is presenting TDKR at CinemaCon this coming Tuesday...seems pretty likely that they'll show the trailer. I know Sean Gerber from ModernMythMedia is going to be there (he's a massive Bat-fan), so he'll at the very least be tweeting a reaction to whatever is presented.

I had a weird dream last night

I was watching TDKR, and Catwoman was on the Batpod, calling Holly to get information
(Holly was at the MCU, wearing more makeup than a prostitute and smoking a cigarette, WTF)

Love that podcast! Most intellectual Batman podcast out there. Besides BOF which of course he is also a part of.

If I have any complaints about that show is that it really is a Batman show, FAR more than it is a superhero show that covers all superheros. That being said does anyone else miss the old BOF podcasts? They had a TON of awesome shows such as movie roundtables on all the live action Batman films and even the animated ones. Those shows have vanished and I REALLY want to find them again.

Speaking of TDKR podcasts, has anyone listened to The Dark Knight Rises Rumors Podcast? That guy who hosts has THE most annoying voice! Plus all of the audio clips they play every other second are incredibly annoying.

It's literally insane that someone would find the chase scenes in Raiders and T2 boring.

But Ronin is the film with the best chase scenes ever :D
