Yeah I think the "sensuality" part might just be a scene showing Selina's past life as a stripper. No heavy make out, sex or anything like that.

I would hope that any sensuality relating to Catwoman's character is present throughout proceedings. It doesn't need to be overtly sexual, but even in the trailer I took a level of sensuality from her demeanour to Wayne, even when she was threatening him.

Maybe the "sensuality" includes a scene with Selina Kyle at a strip club... Still hoping that turns out to be true! Maybe that's how she gets the name "Catwoman". By how she moves on the catwalk?

I love that picture. That's the only pic I've seen of Bale hanging out with his co-star outside of the shoot (that pic was I think after the Rescue Dawn premiere?). Bale said that Heath was one of the few actors he kept in touch with after their movie ended shooting. I'll always be sad about that.

The chemistry between Tom Hardy's upper lip and lower lip will never be topped.

To be fair to Bale he's rarely been called on to have great chemistry with a female lead in a Nolan film because the character's he's played are obsessive individuals with a singular goal completely separate from any kind of sexual desire. Bruce's relationship with Rachel was fine in the way it was stunted and unfulfilling, because that was the way it was written. TDKR's the acid test though.
