Well, I'm convinced the rooftop fight is before Bane beats Batman. She might have never seriously been on his side but it's a betrayal of trust.

What made you think it's pre-first fight?

I really wish it's not because it's going to be hard to enjoy their moments fighting together knowing that she's just playing him and will lock him in with Bane.

He was walking cautiously across the ice, they had a lot of wind and stuff blowing. As he tip-toed, he eventually reached the trap they built on set, and he feel through into a pool of water underneath.

I'm like 100% sure it was JGL's character, the guy look just like him. But I'm not 100% sure, I was 3 stories up on a bridge directly above.

I believe there were some more LA s who described the same scene you said with JGL so I think you're right that it's him.

I honestly think the first big fight with Bane is going to be in the sewer I think that is when batman and bane will meet for the first time officially and Bane will reveal he knows who he is is"Mr. Wayne" and they will fight with bruce not fully healed Bane leaved Batman broken and has him sent to the prison. The rest of the movie will be Bane taking over Gotham until Bruce escapes and goes back into Gotham to fight Bane in the final battle.

Batman/Bruce Wayne will be assumed dead, then a scene at his parents gravesite, then a flash of him walking in casual clothes somewhere abroad (think that set pic).....Blake & Selina take over, or it's open ended to come up with your own conclusions.

I believe there were some more LA s who described the same scene you said with JGL so I think you're right that it's him.

I'm just going to shut my ears and keep thinking it's was this guy.

Simply the lack of snow! Not much to go on but they added snow to the same roof for that photo of Bane in Total Film(?).

Although, with the snow thawed out a lot once Batman returned, that idea might be a little flawed... but there was a call sheet about Batman and Selina on a roof earlier than the Bane fight.

An ending where Bruce fakes his death is fraught with problems. Was it Nolan or Bale (possibly both) who said there were a lot of truths that would be exposed in TDKR? I'm pretty sure Nolan said that peace time Gotham is untenable under The Harvey Dent Act because it's foundations are built on a lie.

If Bruce makes a martyr of himself, only to live happily ever after in secret abroad, isn't he leaving Gotham in just as precarious a state as it was in while the lie about Dent was bubbling away?

Here’s why I think it’s not post prison. Bruce is injured during the hug scene, probably post Bane two, and this looks to be their first encounter in a while. Bats looks pretty healthy on the rooftop. Thin, I know, but just my gut feeling.

Exactly. The story cannot end with any pretense. Gotham has to know. Hmmmm.

How much time has passed in this movie since the last movie and is anything from the previous movie dealt with in this one?

Bale: There’s an awful lot of new discoveries, truths coming out, and the whole question of what’s the correct thing to do? Continue with lies and make people feel good or have the truth come out and devastate and ruin people’s lives. So yes, absolutely, it goes back to Batman Begins and Dark Knight and deals with an awful lot from both of those movies.

Also, rooftop and "This isn't a car" take place at night, and I don't know how well "My mother warned me about getting into cars with strange men" fits an allied and understanding of each other Cat and Bat. Sounds more like an early relationship comment. Or, it could be a “now that we know each other we can joke around” line. Who knows.

Yeah I think that's early on too, I don't think she's onboard when he launches over the cops though, unless he somehow bumps into her as he's switching vehicles.

One interesting thing though. If Batman has full access to all his new equipment pre-prison/bane beating, then can we assume he has a safe location for his stuff that is never compromised by Bane. And not just a hidden suit, but a facility large enough to accommodate the Bat and Pod. Just a thought. Unless of course, he must repossess his things from Bane’s forces. Sort of like Bethesda games, when someone takes all your **** and you have to get it back.
