I think that poster would look better without Batman in it.
You're probably right

I think that poster would look better without Batman in it.

Would cause more drama, tooYou're probably right![]()

Maybe it helps WB save a lot of advertising $$$ this way. What is it with them repeatedly using the same shots of Batman over and over? haha

I think that poster would look better without Batman in it.
Oh and if you don't want photoshop in this day and age...go call up Drew Struzan.
I actually really REALLY like that poster...
It's too late in the day to ***** about photoshop. It's better than the third poster regardless.
Yep... that's what really salvages it.now this looks like the next step from the "world without rules poster" it immediately tells me that not only have the stakes raised but there is a more uplifting hopeful tone to the film beyond the very obviously "apocalyptic" mood. Looks very operatic to me...love it. I do take back the blu-ray thing i said though, I'd much rather it be the one with Batman standing on the cop car,.

All I know is that both the posters for Begins and TDK leave TDKR's floating dead in the water.
I agree.I love the concept, the execution is very poor.

Yeah, and that's the funny thing. Conceptually I'd probably say the "Rise" posters are pretty weak, but they're executed so much better than all the others and are so "Batman" that they're a sight to see.The Batman Rise is still the best for me. Simple but bad ass.
Agreed. And this is actually from IMAX's FB page.

it's kinda like the Batsymbol is a shining ray of hope above Gotham
It still ******* sucks though

Can't say I disagree with you, buddy.Seriously....did they have 'fan-manip' contests for junior high-schoolers or something when it came to their posters on this movie? It's bewildering just how much they dropped the ball on these. Not, just in re-using photos...but the angle on Batman does't match the rest of the picture in this or the other one. It's unbelievable, really.
