I think the runtime will hurt it with various reviewers.

That's one of my concerns.

Avengers is 1% below Iron Man, I don't think that many people consider IM1 to be the superior film.

IM1 is a 79 on MetaCritic and Avengers is a 69 on there. BB is a 70, so even it is above Avengers. I actually think IM1 is better than the Avengers, just like I think BB is better than TDK. IM1 and BB have more heart than their sequels, plain and simple.

She was there for a large portion of it, and I saw her shoot a few scenes, but our paths never crossed and I never really got the opportunity to talk to her.

Idk if I'd agree that BB had more heart than TDK. I think BB was the better film, but TDK was definitely more dramatic, and I believe had more heart. BB was better in almost every other way though.

Yeah that's where RT gets weird. IM has a 94% with a 7.6/10 average, Avengers has a 93% with an 8.1/10

There is no way this film will have a higher rating than TDK. The length, ending are all factors that some critics may automatically not like. Plus, it has to live up to the greatness of TDK. If the film is about the same, some critics may not score it as well. Most are expecting this to be even better.

Ok you do realise you don't need to remind everyone that you think BB is the better film everytime someone says something that has bare relation to it, i heard your opinion the other 500 times, and it's been noted 500 times. You've missed the point i was making anyway, me and slim were discussing this in the tusi the other day, RT score percentages can't be measured up against each other in the same scale, too many factors such as release date for one.
