Interesting scene...

Last year, shooting a scene from the $250-million-plus production at the Senate House on the University of London campus, Nolan was watching the action unfold as Bale finished an intense sequence with Morgan Freeman, Marion Cotillard and Hathaway.

This ties to that description from Geoff of Catwoman/hooded Bruce scene where we're speculating that maybe Bruce is trying to free Fox?

I find it amazing that not even Bale knows how some things are going to turn out.
