LOCATION: UNION STATION , Los Angeles CA
In-Movie location: Seemingly the new court house of Gotham City. The giant hall is filled with ex-con mobsters who were involved with the prison break scenes filmed last Friday at the Sybil Brand Correctional Facility (Black Gate Prison), Bane's mercaneries, thugs and upper class men and women called "upscalers". There is a giant heap of random desks, drawers, tables, fax machines, and other large rummage stacked on top of one another at one side of the room creating this ridiculously towering Judge's podium. Paper and debris scattered everywhere. Here is the layout of the room in picture to reference scene description.

-Bane's Mercs drag a man dressed in a black suit to the accused's chair as Mob and Thugs are causing a rukus jeering him. This man is identified by the name of Phillip Striver.

Dialog:
Striver: "This is a mistake."

Judge: "No, there is no mistake. You are Mr. Striver Vice President of Dagget Industries are you not?"

Striver: "Where is Bane? I want Bane, I don't deserve to be here I'm one of you"

Judge: "I'm sorry Mr. Striver, but Bane has no authority here. This is not a trial. You have already been found guilty. This is merely a hearing of your fate which I will allow you to choose"

Striver: "Guilty of What?!"

Judge: "You have been found guilty of getting rich off the blood, sweat and hard work of those less powerful than you while contributing nothing and throwing your own to the wolves"

"So what will it be Mr. Striver? Death or Exile"

Crowd breaks into a Death chant, then silences as gavel is pounded.

(Striver thinks it over in his chair before making his decision)

With a hard gulp and beaten voice Striver replies: "Exile"

Judge Slams gavel "Sold to the man with cold sweat running down his forehead." (Crowd goes wild laughing as Mr. Striver does not know what he's gotten himself into.)

Bane's mercs drag Striver out of the room through an exit by the Judge's podium.


Next set of scenes filmed were with the people labeled "upscalers" who looked like politicians and corrupt beaureucrats. This will be a montage scene with just the judge giving the verdicts to each and the crowd reacting accordingly.


NEXT BIG SCENE:
Courtroom different day:

Jim Gordon, Miranda Tate, and several of Gordon's cops are forced at gunpoint into the courtroom through separate entrances as the Judge announces his arrival the crowd goes crazy with excitement as they approach the accused's chair. Miranda Tate has an odd look of bewilderment upon her face.

Judge: "You've been found guilty of Espionage and attempted sabotage, and let me remind you
this is not a trial, merely a platform for you to choose your fate. Death or Exile?"

Gordon: "No lawyers, No witnesses, what kind of due process is this *Judge's Name*?"

Judge:" More than what Harvey Dent gave to these men in this courtroom today."

Judge:"So what will it be Jim? Death or Exile"

Gordon with an obvious look of helplessness on his face.
"If you think we'll willingly walk the ice, you've got another thing coming,"

Judge: "So death then?"
Gordon: "It looks that way"

Judge: "Ok then, death by exile" Slams gavel.

Mercs carry Gordon and his men out of the Courtroom. Another mercenary rushes up the walkway and grabs Miranda Tate by the arm and drags her bag with him escorting her out the entrance she came through.



BIG SPOILERS

It appears that exile means walking a dangerous frozen river on the outskirts of Gotham. Which would coincide with the LA River scene filmed with Gordon and his men tip toeing awkwardly in the leaked video.

I mean, don't take this the wrong way but why would these "sources" choose you or Goku Goes Crazy too be the caretakers of this information. Especially Goku Goes Crazy. I remember how gullible Goku was around the time of the teaser and he trusted anyone who claimed they had it or could get it (Knight_Rise comes to mind). There's also the fact that he's relatively new to the forums (February of 2011?).

Why you two? What makes you so special? It just happened out of no where too. It's not like you both were veteran TDK info guys that had "inside sources". ChrisB I can see, the guy has a news site, but you two are just forum members. Why would these mystery people come to you with this stuff?

I don't know everything. I don't get detailed reports about anything just some tidbits here and there. I know what sounds familiar and what sounds contrary.

I've always corroborated stories/rumors never started them. If I had info about the film, plot points and whatever, I'd be too afriad to give them out.

My source is involved somewhere in production, when it's over (production) we'll see what stands.

It's possible that my source is a victim of misinformation and/or wrong. To avoid:

"YOU LIED TO US RAGANORK8" which is bound to happen so I have to I suffer through:

"YOU'RE A TROLL RAGANORK8"

But again I point you to the info on the Batwing/Batprawn, I didn't want to say outright until it was more clear and until I could say something without putting my source in a strange position. When that happened I said it would be the "batwing"

a week or two later the Batprawn was revealed.

Production is keeping you guessing, My Screen name is used by me in multiple places. I wish to possibly have my talents used in the upcoming casting call. Not to mention with a simple search of my SHH name it would be easy to find out who I am and who I know.

I heard about Crane a little while ago, definitely in early September, I said nothing about it. It came up and I'm offering some closure that at least portions of the story are actually true.

When more stuff comes out, if I know about it to be true or false I'll say.

That's what I've been doing, that's what I'll keep doing that.

There are plenty of things I've admitted to not knowing a thing about during production.

Personally, I think there are way too many people involved in this thing. Folks from overseas, folks from Pittsburgh, people from California, then soon, New York. You have masses at these casting calls, wannabe paparazzi getting "scoops". That's not even taking into account average forum members. Everyone seems to want to be in on a piece of the action and everyone has a friend that has a friend that knows something about the next Batman movie. I don't know, I guess I'm just not seeing a whole lot of integrity here (definitely not meaning you, just in general). People want that 5 seconds of fame that won't mean a thing when July 20th rolls around.

Everyone "involved" should let the film be filmed and keep their mouths shut. If anyone has a respective hand or role in this film, just do your job. You don't have to say what's going on, you know what's going on. TDK had similar instances, but nothing on this scale.

One of my sources laid some info on me that was false. I told SHH; the rumor got a little out there. The person was fired within the month. They had spread the rumor to only a few people. Just took a little digging and they knew who was spilling.

So they're still being clever. A lot of what we 'know' is without context and really been given to us.

The way we follow these crumbs is a movie in itself. A movie about how people follow movies. Nolan knows what buttons to push when. The hype from this film is escalating because of frustration.

Slight revelations here and there without context are as good as virals.

Gill told us the theme of this film is: "Who can you trust"

That seems to be the theme of the production scoops as well.

Everyone "involved" should let the film be filmed and keep their mouths shut. TDK had similar instances, but nothing on this scale.

I know that on SHH I'm just silly old Goku, but on IMDb my reputation is a bit different. Actually it's very different(Dragon and ChrisB can probably attest to this). My reputation on IMDb lead to one of the extras contacting me and giving me information.

Yesterday was his last day of filming so I'm not getting any more info.
