I'm not sure about that. TDK will always have a special place for me nostalgically, especially in regards to Heath's amazing performance as the Joker. But I do think TDKR can top TDK, and I hope it does.

Dark Knight was one of the greatest films of all time; the chances of it surpassing it and being the greatest film in cinematic history is VERY high. Nolan's touch has been growing and growing better every movie he makes.
