Uhh, maybe it's just me, but Doctor Who you should probably edit out that gif. Same with anyone who quoted it. I think that might be against the rules to post something like that. You don't want to get in trouble, now do ya? ;)

Yeah, might be a good idea. I posted a pic and a GIF in the Anne thread last week that got taken down. There wasn't any nudity but it got people a bit too excited. :oldrazz:

Well since we have nothing else I guess I'll believe that description

Don't post violent gifs from hard R movies guys, and for all you that quoted it and shuld know better. :nono:

Stay tuned, I'm going to have exclusive scenes from The Dark Knight Rises via some felt cutouts I made with macaroni and glitter. (KJ)

Hmmmm..........

That's a great list. Can't say I disagree with any of it. I am concerned about how much devotion will go to the two newbies Bane and Catwoman. Unlike the Joker they both have back stories. I'm wondering how much screen time each will get devoted.

Eh, Catwoman and/or Bane don't need a massive amount of attention to their background. Selina Kyle should get a backstory, but Bane, I presume, will probably get the short-end.

Define 'massive'. I'm not saying Bruce Wayne length Batman Begins type back story.

Aren't you forgetting that Miranda/Talia is in this, too, and is also getting a back story since they've hired a young Talia and a young Ra's Al Ghul?

Bane is probably going to be tied into that somehow.

I think its going to be the other way around actually.

Again, I would be fine with no back story for Catwoman.

Lets just get into the action of actually being Catwoman, I don't care how she got there, in Nolan's world. I could just imagine it's the same as modern Catwoman.

You know, the more I think about it, the more it seems likely to me that Bane will be tied to only Miranda, and it is the latter who will share the backstory with Ra's.

Before, I used to think that Bane would also have ties to Ra's.

Well, let's say about 3-4 minutes worth of material. Would that be enough, per se?

That doesn't necessarily mean we'll get an entire segment dedicated to Talia's background. Her undercover character (Tate) will provide 90% of the screen time.

It's possible. I just assumed that Catwoman would be the focus based on everything we've heard, but when I take a step back and breakdown the film further, I think Catwoman doesn't a backstory.

Bane and his connection to Talia would be far more beneficial to the film.

I re-watched Memento today. Nolan was brilliant with the sparseness of the flashbacks he used to show Leonard's wife and what happened to her.

If he uses similar techniques to show Bane/Talia back stories I'd be fine with it. Their main motivations will undoubtedly be dealt with in the present. Brief flashes of imagery or dialogue to punctuate those points probably won't harm anything. It's one of Nolan's strong points.

:)

Lindy Hemming:
"Bane was meant to look like a cross between a dictator and a revolutionary," Oscar-winning costume designer Lindy Hemming told us. "I designed the coat myself - it took a year. We took inspiration from a Swedish army jacket and a French Revolution frock coat and amalgamated the two. It was a pain to have made, because in LA shearling is not their sort of thing: there weren't the tailors who could work with the fabric. It's funny: as soon as it was finished, GQ did a feature about shearling coats, so it looked like I had copied you!"

Rats! The Coat was customized. :csad:

As for the bat suit: "There's very few changes. The only modifications are to do with the story. But I can't tell you what they are..."

:awesome:

Maybe Changes to bat-suit are that it is easier to have a back broken in? :P

i'd buy that for a dollar Bat Credit Card.
