3) as far i can tell even joker had his hair out why didn't batman yank on it? why didnt they get hair follicles from the bank heist? because its not important to the story

Joker isn't a cat burgler. Also his hair isn't nearly as big as Hathaway's.

First of all, burglars (the smart ones, anyway) typically wear masks to conceal their identities and reduce the possibility of leaving DNA behind.

Secondly, Ledger's hair was nowhere near as long as Hathaway's. Not even close.

When they want their identities to remain hidden so they aren't caught or recognized?

I seem to recall a certain scene where Batman takes Joker by the hair/head and slams him up against a glass window but even then, his hair wasn't as long as Catwoman's and Batman doesn't seem to be the type that would fight that way.

Why are we comparing Catwoman to Joker?

It's like comparing Batman Begins to Batman & Robin: THERE IS NO COMPARISON.

But as Boom stated, he didn't care about getting caught. He's a psychotic clown. He didn't have an identity other than being purely the Joker. Comparing the Joker and Catwoman in this case just doesn't apply.

Obviously Selina cares about appearance considering she's wearing a mask and has an alter ego. There's nothing practical or "cat burglar" about this outfit, period. Not the stiletto heels, not the long flowing hair.

well then the people of gotham must know that selena is catwoman because obviously she gets caught by the police and they know her identity right? so why should she hide who she is?

We don't know if that's as Catwoman though. She may have a criminal history before ever donning the costume for all we know.

or like you said hair follicles left at the scene and batman did detective work and it traced back to selena regardless if they know she is catwoman or not. So everything would be realistic of the possibilities of that happening.

I dont think Villian's are meant to be appealing. what are they suppose to be colorful like the joker? Is that why the Joker was appealing to everyone cause he was filled with appealing colors? Purple/Green/White makeup & Suits. I dont get understand.

The Joker's appearance reflects his flamboyant persona. He can't be the Joker unless he looks like a clown. It's a lot easier to accept that this guy is called the Joker because he looks like one.
