TASM game has been getting very good gamer feed back. Lots of fun, and breaks the movie tie in cures. I may have to wait till after the movie, but I am getting this game! Love me some web swinging around NYC!

TASM game should be fun, I'll rent it over the w/e, but my main priority is Batman lego 2 and spec ops.

EDIT: As for the TASM film, i expect to like it alot, but the absolute lack of buzz less than a week before release is almost embarrassing. I don't think i know a single person outside of the spidey boards who actually wants to go and see this. A far far cry from SM3 which had almost TDK levels of buzz.

Haha, yeah. Thankfully, my comment faded into oblivion and should be forgotten.

As for the TASM game, I should be getting it tomorrow as well. 73 on Metacritic, but gamers seem to love it, so I'm getting it. Impressive for a movie tie-in game.

Sony's marketing is what destroyed TASM for me. Initially I liked almost everything about it and was excited for it, but then they had to rupture that with the sheer subliminal desperation from the studio. Amongst the other two comic book films this year, TASM is like a small child waving it's arms for attention, I can't help but find it obnoxious and just want to completely ignore it.

Also, when you said that you have all the original stuff of your work just in case someone decides to steal some of your ideas, what do you mean? Do you mean stuff like papers and all that? Can you elaborate?

I agree with rouge_ailment, never give up hope. Perhaps you should ask for some other people to review it whilst unpublished and consider some revisions. I'm sure some of the talent on these boards would know how to help.
