That and the person who posted the image that leads people to think Superman dies at the end apparently said it wasn't a spoiler at all.
But Pale didn't mention any detecting. He makes it sound like Bats just knows where she is and goes there.
So after nearly drowning, she jumps in to rescue the spear? And nearly drowns again? With Clark?
This is my bad. Lex deliberately doesn't know where his men have taken Martha. He has a timer set for one hour. Supes wants to talk to bats, batman wants to throw down. Once the situation with Martha is made clear to Bruce, Alfred traces Lex's men to the warehouse. I don't remember what Alfred says beyond "sorry for listening in" and revealing that he's already positioned the hostage situation. It's literally only one line of dialogue.
Also, once Lois is rescued from drowning Clark dives in, she doesn't want him to because she knows he could be too weakened to surface. He floats to the top, she pulls him back up and throws the spear to the side, he's strong enough to say "I love you" and she utters one of those kinda cliche "don't say goodbye" lines. He takes the spear, flies to Doomsday, pierces his heart, but doomsday is still standing, and impales Clark on his spike. Clark has to pull himself DEEPER into the Doomaday spike to get enough reach to fully stab Doomsday. Pretty sure he's only weak enough to be impaled because of his close proximity to the kryptonite spear.
It's not a spoiler because we know at the end that he doesn't stay dead
I have gripes with it. I don't get why would you set up Superman as not liking Batman method of crimefighting if the reason he fights him at end is because Lex forces to
Or it could not be a spoiler because its a what if from a nightmare sequence and not Superman actually dying.
who else was at your screening, and how was the general vibe from people around you about the movie?
also what was your score out of 10 for MOS
Pale, I still wanna know (you never answered): how obvious is it that Supes isn't really dead? Is there any chance people will leave the movie thinking it's permanent?
I'm not sure I understand this post but what were you assuming was the cause of their fight? I think we've all known for a while they don't see eye to eye and there is a puppet master lex luthor behind the scenes pulling the strings and getting them to fight.
I don't the idea of the movie ending with the dirt moving above his grave. That's cheesy...
That clip where we see Lex telling superman that he will fly to him (batman) and fight him to the death makes it pretty clear that lex has leverage on Clark and is using it to fuel the conflict. What I mean is: Why would the script make Superman not liking Batman methods as his primary motivation to fight him, if he doesn't end up fighting him for that reason anyway?
its a CBM

I dunno why but I don't find it cheesy. Thank god lol
its a CBM
Thank you.I hate that excuse.
Yes it is, but for years now the creators of these cbm have been telling us that they aren't cheesy or stupid or anything like that. We judge them as films now, the same way he judge every other genre.
