Well Batman at the time was dead set on killing Superman. It would not be much of a vs movie if they talked it out. I think seeing it will make more sense.

But he also says, "if I wanted it, you'd be dead already.". Why would he say that if he's agreed to fight Bats to the death to save his mom?

There are a lot of things in that summary that don't make sense, but that could be the script itself. Why would Superman agree to fight Batman instead of going to find Martha? Why would everyone assume that Superman was responsible for what happened in the Senate? Some things sound suspiciously contrived, as something one would expect from Goyer's writing.

1. I'm sure Lex has eyes on Supes and what he is doing. First sign that Supes is going to rescue her he kills her.
2. Because they are *******s lol

It's pretty weird, at least Superman should have the chance to say that he wasn't responsible for that or that he has to rescue his Mom.

Because he has no idea where to look lol? haha. Lex has him and he knows it if he has his mom. Also the senate thing is not hard to see at all. People get blamed for **** all the time and it makes no sense.

Those are questions that will probably have to be seen to understand. Lex probably knows Superman won't kill Batman and we know Superman won't kill Batman. I think Lex was hoping all along that Batman would kill him.

Those are questions that will probably have to be seen to understand. Lex probably knows Superman won't kill Batman and we know Superman won't kill Batman. I think Lex was hoping all along that Batman would kill him.

Exactly. Hence the line, "If man won't kill god, the devil will do it."

Speaking of which. It's kind of crazy how Lex already defeated Superman. Like, I think this is a winning record for any Lex Luthor.

Fishburne already confirmed that Batman and Martha meet each other so he for sure finds her while Superman is dealing with Doomsday

Maybe he does it on accident. It's not like Batman never killed. Batman 89, Batman Returns, Batman Forever, The list goes on and on

Maybe. But I have the right to be skeptical. It's a solid plot, but I don't trust anyone right now.

Yep and he killed Talia. But let's see how many people jump Affleck if he kills.

True nothing wrong with that. But you can't expect someone to write down every single plot detail. And to be honest anyone can pick apart little things like that in any movie. Pale might not have remembered at the moment or found it necessary to mention how many trips bruce takes to the cave. He also might not even need to go back there. He has alfred there to do that while he is on a mission.

BoZ said Superman dies in the Knightmare sequence.

That and the person who posted the image that leads people to think Superman dies at the end apparently said it wasn't a spoiler at all.

Yea if you make a spear then you pretty much intend on killing someone. This whole thing sounds amazing
