Damn it's getting heated.

I hope herolee sees how Batfans are reacting to the possibility of Batman killing. It might make him feel better about his concern that Superman's characterization is being sacrificed to prop up Batman. :oldrazz:

At least Batman fans are lucky enough that their favorite superhero gets to be properly treated (most of the time) :csad:

Can someone confirm the rumored credits montage of Superman and Batman hanging out as this plays?

Treatment as a badass god that ends up doing the biggest heroic thing for the world

Can't wait for the spoilers to come in tonight :woot:

Oh, really...I am tired of Superfans saying that.

At least you guys have had movies.

What did the rest of us get? Aquaman is my fav character - and most of the time, he's treated like a joke. Don't get me started on rest of the League.

Some are aciting as if Batman beats Superman clearly, easily and decisively

As a Superman ( and Batman ) fan, I can understand the concerns Superman and Batman fans have over various issues.

I have those concerns, too. So, this movie can go either way for me. I'll withhold final judgment, though, until I see the film this weekend.

Ain't nothing worse than being an Aquaman fan sometimes, He ain't near my favorites but I've always liked him as well and him seen as a joke is definitely a damn sad shame.

Green Lantern is one my favorites and look what happened with his first live action film and he may not even be part of the DCEU until JL Part II

I love Aquaman, He's my 4th favorite superhero, so I can at least understand your position.

The real travesty in portrayals is we haven't gotten a training montage of Cavill, Affleck, Mamoa, and Miller wrestling while oiled up to prepare for Darkseid.

Because thats what it pretty much is. Especially with the kryptonite equalizer. He goes down like a *****. It was remarkably dumb.

The simplest thing to have done is make it more balanced with both being down then Lois intervenes. Bats is able to get up faster and respond since Supes is still pretty affected by the kryptonite. Thats all. Thats all it would have taken. Instead we have a filmmaker who created an unecessarily divisive superman film with him killing and now having him Beaten by Bats big time. It's stupid and pointless. Yes he does sacrifice himself in the end and thats what I have always said that this is the ONLY time Snyder does anything right with the character in this film. But why should any Superman fan have to stupidly wait until the last 1/4 of the movie to see Superman finally portrayed like a real hero. Its poor character writing and poor understsnding of the character.

Of course the loud minority of obnoxious fanboys wont see it any other way but a victory for Batman, but Batman's lucky Lois intervenes.

There's no telling what Superman might do, weakened or not, to save his mother. You saw him unload on Zod in Man of Steel.

So no post-credit scene, darn...

That's my problem, how does the last 1/4 of the film make up for the terrible characterization he experienced for all the other parts of the movie? Even with the ending, Superman is still going to be recognized as a lame and idiotic hero who almost getting killed by a guy in a batsuit. Seriously, characters like Sups shouldn't even be placed in the same setting as Bats if this always going to consistently be the outcome.

In animated DC films I noticed how well the characters were portrayed in each their solo films, however in the Justice films, where pretty much every single one of the them had batman in a leading role (excluding flashpoint) the rest of the league was just utterly lame, and weren't given that much attention to.

It's not that I hate batman. I just hate when other characters suffer to make other characters look good. And this goes for other league members, not just superman.

Really?! I have to say I am very disappointed.

I'm glad personally.
I'm sure they would be cool but they would just be accused of trying to copy Marvel and it would get extremely annoying really fast.
Post credit scenes aren't necessary.

It's not like superman's sacrifice is the only damn heroic thing he does

No post credits scene is not a big deal at all. Some fans make way too much about that.
