He's Batman. He just knows to always be prepared.

Superman tells him earlier not to answer the Bat signal (i.e. to retire), so Batman assumes it will draw Superman out of hiding. No arrangement between Lex and Bruce, although Bruce is being manipulated by Lex.

I don't even recall seeing the armour before Batman appears in it. It was a little jarring. I thought we would see it in the Batcave and they would mention why Bruce just had it sitting around.

Naw, the desert terrorist stuff is like the 3rd scene in the movie, I actually can't remember the exact scene that happens before him going to court. I know a few things happen though and there's Clark watching news discussion about him and he's frustrated with how he's being viewed.

If I remember correctly this scene is when Lois is trying to call Clark after the Capitol bombing and he's on her balcony as Superman and he's disappointed he didn't see the threat because he wasn't looking or focused. Then he talks about his dad and she eventually brings up the hope thing.

One more question, if you have a moment: how does Clark know Lois is in danger in Africa? This sounds really similar to when Lois was shot!

I was really hoping for something Joker related....although I could have sworn I saw the name "Joe" with an arrow and a second column that name some name that started with a "k" wasn't sure if it said Kehr or Kerh.

but I really don't think he would have fit anywhere in the movie except for when they showed Robins' suit

-Metropolis Superman Zod fight from Bruce Perspective was great
-The Flash, Cyborg, Aquaman cameos were great. Crowd was cheering
-Batman agreeing to rescue Martha Kent was awesome and kinda sweet
-Doomsday was cool
-The General and Carol Ferris are back
-Lex was evil
-Batman warehouse fight scene was the best batman fistfight on film
-Batmobile chase was cool
-Montage of Superman saving people from around the world
-Lois was good and I liked their romance
-Great Action
-Alfred was the voice of reason and we see him helping Batman via radio most of the movie


CONS
-Batman vs Superman fight was too short. I expected something extremely epic
-1st half of the movie kinda dragged

Very well said. the Bats/Supes fight was WAY too short...I couldn't believe how fast it ended and how quick Bats gave up on killing him.

I never doudted affleck would be great as batman having supported his casting

The CIA photographer who gets shot at the beginning is credited as Jimmy Olsen. He's played by Michael Cassidy of Smallville/The OC fame. Not clear if JO is just a code name or if it was the CIA officer's name.

I only have one real question; when Lex returns to find his labs ravaged and kryptonite stolen, do you clearly see the aftereffects of Batman's butt kicking (that happened off screen)?

I ask because I was in that scene, and there was a lot of attention shown to how Lex's private paramilitary unit was bloodied and beat up (along with Lex walking by and looking at one really beat up guy being pushed on a gurney). I'm curious to see if that made the regular cut, or if the bloodied and beat up people are saved for the 'R' version.

I already know of an entire prison sequence that didn't make the cut due to violence.

1. The knightmare: does Bruce really NEVER think about it again? Cause that seems so weird.

2. The Bathtub scene: is it out of place? How long is it? I love Clois but I've been worried a scene like this might be distracting...is it?

in both Mos and BVS you can find smallville vets in small roles.hell even amy
adams was in one episode of smallville.

You have to wonder if snyder or someone in casting was fan of show.

So from what I understand the flash coming out of the "portal" is from the future but the one that is on the footage will be the present flash correct?
Also do you get a clear shot of the suit or is it a blink and you'll miss it deal?
If it was a clear shot, what suit did it remind you most of (Im hearing from some its injustice) and is it the one we saw in the dc special?
