It will probably end with superman waking up in black zero with zod standing over him and realizing that everything we saw was a simulation of what would happen if he chose to oppose zod

You can kill more than one two people in a murder suicide.

Because she isn't important to the plot anymore. The fact that she isn't mentioned at all indicates that she was Ok. Where is there a mention of Clark dealing with Lois' death? Wouldn't that tie into the end of his storyline, even in this loose outline? Lois being killed would be a HUGE deal.

And it doesn't say "murder/suicide" it just says that he makes it look like a suicide. One death.

And Superman taking Doomsday into space/sun and "sacrificing" himself in the process does match the track "This is My World."

just listening to that track, it gives off a very noble/heroic sacrificial vibe that ends with that "Ideal of Hope" Superman piano theme.

Yeah, I missed that at first. It did sound legit though, and I wouldn't have been mad it that's how things ended up.

I was going to add more where a few scenes later it showed Clark with Bruce and Diana rather than make the movie sound like it was ending with Clark in space, but how much effort do I really need to put into obvious fakes?
