The Walking Dead The Walking Dead Season 3 Episode 13 "Arrow on the Doorpost" Discussion Thread

Just don't cross the streams-- I mean well I guess sort of snot rocket off shoots. :o

I think Cohan just let it slip that [blackout]Milton dies[/blackout]. The way she did a little double take after saying "I haven't gotten to work with him ever" makes me wonder...

So Andrea/Michonne/Maggie triple team or Rick killing the Gov?

Does anyone wonder how exactly they set up the meeting? Like, they sent a raven? Bike messenger?

Psychic link. Why not this is a show where zombies exist. :oldrazz:

She's too damn sassy. Her facial expressions and the CONSTANT bobbing around of her head make her extremely unlikable. It doesn't matter what she says, it always comes out wrong.
To quote Jake the Dog, "She's too powerful and sassy."

I knew this season was going to be legit awesome...This has been another top notch episode, great acting

Btw, Eliza Dushku...VERY NICCEEE

Can Andrea get the people of Woodbury to turn on their sociopathic leader... Probably not, but it will be frustrating to see her try. :hmm

I personally hate it when this show does sex scenes. It feels so out of place.

Great episode! I'm really liking Andrew Lincoln more and more. The guy can emote so much with just his eyes.

I'm still wondering if the tank from the comics will show up.

- I actually really like how The Governor's a much more restrained and subtle villain than the comics version. I enjoyed him shifting between tactics trying to worm his way inside Rick's head.

- Don't do it Rick. DON'T DO IT!

- The "everyone is bonding" scene outside the meeting room just confirmed that Woodbury and Rick's group could work things out if someone, anyone, everyone would just burst into that room and blow Philip's head off. He's the obstacle to peace, 100%.

- Beth! Respect her authoritah!

- Hershel's response to Milton wanting to see his stump might have been the best exchange in the entire series.

- Andrea even told Philip about Shane and Lori? Why? How does that even come up in casual conversation? That's just going out of your way to be an idiot right there.

- Promo: yay Tyreese!

I've come to the conclusion that the writers have just decided to make her look as bad as humanly possible this season. It's ridic.

They're doing an excellent job. It must be deliberate.

I feel bad that Laurie Holden's been put in the position of having to defend the character's actions. You know if she wasn't the one playing her, she'd be like "listen, this broad needs to get her **** together!"

I'm really starting to think Laurie Holden is part of the problem as well. I think Sakuraba pointed out how she delivers lines and says things making it sound worse than it is.

Eh. SOOO much of what's going wrong is in the writing. If she's part of the problem, she's but a small fraction.

No, I agree. Though, it's something I've been noticing more and more of.

Oh relax, it was tasteful. At least it wasn't a Game of Thrones sex scene. All **** bouncing and thrusting from behind, good lord... it's almost like the book series is written by a dirty old pervert...

:o

Beth should replace Andrea as the 'Andrea' we know from the comics. :o

Either that or Andrea exiles herself from the group in order to think things over during a personal journey after the war and comes back a competent person.
