Uh I still don't know it could be CM Punks Cockyness showing in that Tweet. He's Expecting to win so that's why he says from to and from.

Yeah, I know, hence the smiley's. I guess I should have used the sarcasm emoticon instead. :oldrazz:

Anyone else watching the WM29 Press Conference? For some reason, it just seems like a dead audience there, despite the room looking like its packed.

This would all be a Dream if it actually happens but I won't count on it happening

Brock beats HHH and ends his Career
CM Punk ends the UT Streak
and John Cena wins the title but turns heel in the Process.

The big question here- As of now I think the majority of people say that WM card is a letdown this year.

If the three things you listed were to happen- would that change your overall feel for the show? I think if those three things happened it may be one of it the most memorable WM in history which would be amazing considering how we feel before the show

We noted before that WWE has signed a mini wrestler from Mexico to a developmental deal. That wrestler is Mascarita Dorada, who may have been the best mini wrestler in Mexico. Here is a photo of him in Mexico:

Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

Now there going to ruin him!?,ADR(should have stayed in his masked persona or just different gimmick)/Ricardo(same as ADR)/Sin Cara(he has some fault though)/Hunico and maybe Epico..Plus El Generico.

They will unmask Mascarita and make him Hornswoggle's rival,They should at least make him Mini Sin Cara and have them tag up..As they do in Mexico..Octagon&Octagoncito/Parka&Mini Parka/Etc

I expect Punk and Cena to win.

You know, I didn't really think or care too much about this before, but I think it sucks that they are most likely not going to air Foley's induction speech on TV. I never really liked him, but after playing WWE '13 and revisiting that era as a whole, I didn't realize how important he was to the company and getting them over in the Monday Night Wars.

He may not have been as charismatic or entertaining as Rock or Austin, but he made huge contributions to the company, both with his heart and his body.

It really is bad. Especially considering he was being touted (no pun intended) as the star inductee for this class, prior the Sammartino agreeing to be inducted.

Here are some old themes just because. :awesome:

[YT]K2O3vMuVAss[/YT]

Sometimes I miss this theme...
[YT]O_ER6moNk2o[/YT]

[YT]FgcFqmD3wps[/YT]

It would be kinda cool if one of them came out to an old theme. Sometimes I wish someone that's fed up and ready to quit the company would play Triple H's blue blood theme one night at a big ppv. :hehe:

I think if even 1 of the latter 2 happened, it'd make WM29 one of the most memorable 'Mania's ever.

I saw this a few months ago and I was surprised at how much it resembled his later themes. They pretty much kept the same kind of beat, but electirified it a bit more every few years.

This theme always reminds me of playing Monday Night Raw on the SNES. at was that was my first wrestling game and I'll always remember the themes of the superstars in that game.

Speaking of themes, I loved the instrumental one Triple H had between late 2000 and early 2001 before he got his Motorhead theme. To this day the E still haven't released it in instrumental form, only on the Anthology CD set with rapping over it. :cmad:

New CM Punk interview with ESPN:

CM Punk will look to end The Undertaker's 20-match WrestleMania winning streak Sunday.
Depending who you ask, breaking The Undertaker’s undefeated WrestleMania streak would either be the best or worst thing that could happen for WWE. On one hand, if Undertaker loses to CM Punk Sunday night, it cements Punk’s legendary status and will help the wrestling promotion earn more money in the coming years by featuring the hated heel who put the 1 in Taker’s 20-1. From a passing-of-the-torch perspective, it’s the right thing to do for the business.

On the flip side, Undertaker means so much both on screen and behind the scenes in WWE, that as long as he wants to wrestle, his streak should remain alive as it’s one of the true selling points at each year’s big show. Besides, Undertaker beating Punk also keeps open the opportunity for John Cena to challenge the streak at WrestleMania 30 (talk about a money maker).

But not so fast, as I had the chance to get CM Punk’s perspective on his upcoming match, his recent use of the piledriver, and where he sees his career headed post WrestleMania.

Here’s what the controversial wrestler loaded with verbal pipe bombs had to say. Let the explosions begin.

ESPN Playbook: What would beating The Undertaker at WrestleMania do for your legacy?

CM Punk: I think it would do something tremendous for anybody’s legacy. Some people get excited just because they’re wrestling The Undertaker at WrestleMania, but I’m not really in awe of anybody I wrestle; I’m here to beat him. It’s one of the only things I can possibly do to top my career moment I had in Las Vegas when I cut that infamous promo.

Undertaker is known as the locker room leader in WWE. With him being gone for almost a year, who filled his role behind the scenes?

I’m not really sure anybody could fill Taker’s shoes, and I don’t think anybody is trying to, either. God help us all if I’m the leader, but when you look around the landscape, there’s really nobody else besides myself and John Cena. That’s about it.

The Rock took your title and broke one of the most historic championship streaks in years, then is too busy to attend every Raw leading into WrestleMania. Do you think it’s bad for the company when the champion isn’t even on the show?

I do, yeah, but it’s not my company, so that’s where we are with that. [laughs]

Do you hope for a third match against The Rock sometime in the future?

I don’t think it’s in the cards, but I wouldn’t say no to it.

Paul Heyman is acting as an advisor to both you and Brock Lesnar. Are we ever going to see you guys join forces in a tag team?

I’d love to. That’s actually something we’re discussing, yes.

How about a match against Brock? Is that something we can expect in the future?

I think that would be horrible for him. He doesn’t want to fight me.

CM Punk isn't once to hold back, whether on the mike or in interviews with journalists.

Do you think fans appreciate enough all of the little things Paul Heyman does on screen that helps add to the atmosphere, like all of his facial expressions and the way he used to hold your belt high over his head?

I think the ones who are in on it do; and the ones who aren’t, they hate his guts. And that’s his job, to get people to hate him.

As a fan, what WrestleMania match are you most looking forward to watching?

Fandango versus Chris Jericho. You probably don’t believe me, but it’s true. I can’t remember the last time somebody debuted at WrestleMania, and Fandango is actually one hell of a talent, so I’m excited to see where this goes. Besides, it’s Chris Jericho. You can’t go wrong with a Chris Jericho match.

How about as a kid growing up, is there a WrestleMania moment that stands out as your favorite. Maybe something that happened that made you want to become a wrestler.

I only got to pay attention to what other people were saying about WrestleMania because I didn’t start religiously watching them until about WrestleMania X. Bret (Hart) versus Owen (Hart) is one of the best WrestleMania matches ever, so if anything made me want to become a wrestler, that match was it.

The Shield has debuted in huge fashion. What do you think of the potential of these three newcomers both as a team and individually?

I think there’s huge potential for all three of them. Roman Reigns came in as a relative unknown, but he’s more than pulled his weight. I think you can definitely see any three of those guys becoming a future world champion.

Looking at the WrestleMania 29 card, when the show is over, what do you think people are going to leave MetLife Stadium talking about the most?

My match. I’m out to prove people wrong again. I don’t think it’s a secret that I wanted to be in the main event at WrestleMania and I don’t think it’s a secret that people are like, “But you’re in one of the main events, you’re wrestling The Undertaker.” But I’m not one for consolation prizes. I’m out to steal the show, and I’m out to do the improbable. If I’m able to do that, that remains to be seen, but we’ll find out.

Your match against John Cena on Raw a few weeks ago was one of the best matches I’ve seen this past year. I like how he busted out the hurricanranna and you busted out the piledriver … it made the match feel special with these big moves. Can we expect something similar against The Undertaker?

Absolutely, especially with me. [laughs] You never know what I’m going to do.

Isn’t the piledriver a banned move? Did you get in trouble for doing it on Raw?

I sure did.

How did the move get banned? It’s something that has been in wrestling for years.

It has a bad history of injuries and accidents, so it’s better safe than sorry. It’s really sort of not worth it, but I wanted to show that I was really trying to win that damn match.

Funny how doing a move that is banned ended up working in your favor and giving the match a more epic feeling.

Funny how that works out sometimes.

You were on the cover of “WWE 13,” and now 2K Sports is taking over development of the new game coming out this year. Is there anything you’d like to see in the upcoming game that they weren’t able to capture in “WWE 13”?

Oh God, it will be interesting to see what they bring to the table, video game-wise. THQ always did such a great job. I can’t think of anything that they need to add. It’s always kind of creepy to look at myself in the game. It’s almost like looking at still photos.

I’m not sure about Undertaker’s health and if he’ll stick around much after WrestleMania, so after your big match this weekend, who do you see yourself feuding with next?

I would honestly love to tag with Brock Lesnar. If it was up to me, I would do that and take on Kane and Daniel Bryan or Dolph (Ziggler) and Big E., whoever has the straps after WrestleMania.

I know there are many face to heel turns people would like to see Cena, Orton, etc, but what heel to face turn(s) would you guys want to see? I can see Ziggler as HUGE face, especially if he cashes in on Swagger for the belt.

We'd be lucky to have at least one of those things happen. I'm not hyped for Mania , but there is still potential for a great show.

I'm guessing Cesaro vs Sin Cara will be a last minute addition.

This guy always took huge bumps , so I guess it's appropriate he gets bumped off the HOF special. :csad:

They always cut the show down on tv though. It's basically a highlight reel. I just watch the ceremony on dvd. Foley is one of my favorites and right behind Austin / Rock in the attitude era. So I'm really looking forward to his speech. He's a best selling author so I think it will be a really good one. Bruno is a legend , but I can't picture him saying much. Also Trish is right to the point in many interviews. I don't think she'll say much either.
I remember Austin and Shawn Michaels , who are considered the best of all time and neither of them went on very long. I remember watching Flair's live and his seemed like two hours , but it was very entertaining.

I'd love to see the Primetime Players have a face run. Hell almost anything to get them more spotlight time. Key word is almost because I sadly remember Cryme Tyme.

I'd rather see a Titus singles run as a heel.

I think Team Hell No splitting up is too predictable. I hope Langston will turn on Ziggler and that will set up a face turn and possible cash in.

Then of course I'd like to see Punk turn face , but that wouldn't make sense following him dumping ashes on Undertaker. Unless he says it was fake and was trying to outwit The Undertaker.

I barely got through the first hour of Raw yesterday, it felt like it was two hours passing before I checked. These three hour Raws are killing me.

Other than Cena...Ziggler as a face for sure. I can see him as the top guy. Also would like to see him using the superkick as a finisher.

Don't mind Sheamus as a face, but he needs to stop trying to be Cena 2.0 with his lame jokes and goofiness.

Nice to see Punk sporting Cesaro's shirt at the WrestleMania press conference. :D

Bit of fantasy booking:

I’d like it if Langston took out Kane before the match and they made it Langston & Ziggler vs. Bryan with the titles on the line. Stack the odds against Bryan with AJ at ringside, Kane limps down halfway through the match, but it’s not enough, and Langston & Ziggler win the titles. Del Rio beats Swagger, Swagger beats the crap out of him with a chair, Ziggler cashes in and wins the title.

Fandango refuses to wrestle Jericho because Jericho can’t say his name, Ziggler mocks Vickie about being a double champion, so she sticks him in with Jericho, whose match with Fandango didn’t go ahead. Jericho looks to have Ziggler beat when Fandango costs him the match, and Ziggler can like the second coming because he won 3 matches at WrestleMania.

Something I noticed at the press conference, and didn't realize about the whole Rock/Cena thing, is that this time around, the championship is on the line, and I feel like that symbolizes the metaphorical torch being passed. Last year, it was more of a pride thing with the Rock winning in his home town, but this time around, there wouldn't be a reason other than bragging rights.

First time watching WWE Main Event,The theme is Shinedown's Diamond Eyes and that's..AWESOME!
