As a big Orton guy, and probably the only one in this thread, I definitely hope he beats Lesnar. Preferably with a punt to the head.

Orton mentally snaps in the match and gets DQd by brutally beating Lesnar with a weapon, and the punts Heyman in the head. Lesnar gets a win, Orton gets his psycho credibility back.

I'm an Orton guy myself and would mark if he wins but I'm also a Brock guy and so Orton losing wouldn't be too bad for me either.

I'm just kind of getting tired of WWE kissing Lesnar's backside so much. Like they're so desperate for him to grace them with his presence every few months or so that they'll job out their roster of full-time performers just to make that happen.

Plus, and maybe this is just me, but the whole "suplex city" thing is started to get a little repetitive and boring imo.

Zack Ryder's new version of "Radio" is fantastic!

Orton's on the verge of retirement. If anybody is going to beat Lesnar, it should be Seth Rollins.

He's a special attraction. They don't have a choice with Undertaker being on his last legs.

I agree, but its what people want and its what sells t-shirts.

They have plenty of other full-timers that they could push, they don't HAVE to rely on this guy showing up two or three times a year.

That's the problem with these "special attraction" guys. I've always liked Lesnar and I still do, but giving him such strong booking and having him only appear every so often is bad for the product as a whole. Ambrose has the World Title right now, but they couldn't even let him go over Lesnar at Mania.

Lesnar losing that match at Wrestlemania would've done absolutely zero harm to his credibility, and it would have boosted Ambrose's through the roof. Lesnar is always going to be popular, he's always going to be over, and he's always going to be credible.

As it is, though, Lesnar shows up every few months and slows down the momentum of someone much younger than he is, then leaves. So as it stands right now the WWE Champion is of lesser stature than Lesnar.

They wonder why the TV shows are hitting record lows every few weeks. It's because the guys they're relying on to carry the shows on a week to week basis don't get to have the big wins over guys like Cena, Undertaker, or Lesnar. If someone beats Cena he usually wins the next 2-3 in a row over them, cleanly and decisively.

Cena could lose 30 big matches in a row and it wouldn't do a lick of harm to him, but WWE still chooses to use guys that are over with the "smart" crowd to try to get them behind Cena, who's already more than popular enough. Owens should have gone over Cena, Styles should go over Cena in this current feud, Ambrose should have gone over Lesnar at Mania, Styles should have gone over Jericho at Mania.

I wish they'd have protected some of the high potential monster heels they've had over the years half as well as they protect Lesnar. Big Show and Kane lost credibility long before they should have because of WWE's sloppy use of them. Few big men are as gifted as Lesnar but then again wwe has rarely out the work in to build up many monsters as well. Seems like the few that did get momentum got jobbed out reached quickly and embarrassingly or got turned into jokes.

With Lesnar and the Shield at least they realized they don't have many opportunities to build stars these days and kept them looking strong. Other guys should have gotten a little bit of that kind of treatment but didn't.

When Lesnar does lose decisively or gets flat out destroyed its going to be a huge deal. Much like the streak being broken just not as big.

Damn, Raw is going to open with a moment of silence again.

Spielberg to direct big-screen adaptation of Hardys’ Final Deletion.

Hollywood is abuzz today following the news that legendary filmmaker Stephen Spielberg has signed on to direct a big-screen adaptation of Final Deletion, the twisted saga of Matt and Jeff Hardy.

Production on set to begin on the film, tentatively titled Final Deletion: A New Hope, in early 2018, with an estimated budget of $800 million.

Spielberg is the highest-grossing director in film history, whose films — E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, Saving Private Ryan, No Holds Barred, The Chaperone — combine epic storytelling with rich morality lessons, much like the tale of Broken Matt Hardy and Brother Nero.

Although details are sketchy, a leaked cast list reveals a who’s-who of Hollywood A-Listers in starring roles, including:

Ryan Gosling as Jeff Hardy
Gary Busey as Matt Hardy
Miley Cyrus as Reby Sky
Hornswoggle as Baby Maxel
According to Hollywood sources, the rights to the film were subject to an intense bidding war, with Spielberg winning the rights to Final Deletion, while JJ Abrams successfully bid on the big-screen adaptation of the Vader’s White Castle of Fear.

So let's see hear for Legends House: Attitude Era:

- X-Pac
- Ron Simmons
- Charles Wright
- Edge?
- Christian?

And that's it? Because the rest of those guys who were a part of that era are too busy with their own Network shows (Mick Foley, Stone Cold Steve Austin), still working in non-wrestling roles in WWE (Road Dogg, Dean Malenko) or somewhat still active (Big Show, Kane, Taker, Triple H) or their own show on another network (Shawn Michaels).

I put Edge and Christian in question marks because there are doubts that there's going to be a season two of their own show.

Sounds fun, until you remember how many 90s stars are dead, etc... and how the original Legends House turned out.

What happened with the original Legends House?
