Yeah, I think so.

and thats exactly whats happening. Considering you cant upgrade your X1 HDD, it seems like a no brainer to get the 1tb for only $50 more. Even at $350, the 500gb doesnt seem worth it considering you are locked in at that space internally.
The Oculus Rift will launch in Q1 2016 and will come bundled with an Xbox One controller one of its official input devices, Oculus announced today at a press conference.

The other input device will be the Oculus Touch, which is a pair of half moon wireless controllers that you hold in both hands. Each one includes an analog stick, two buttons, and a trigger. The controllers feature haptics allowing one to feel things they touch within the game, and the controllers can detect touch input as well.

The Oculus will feature an interface called the Oculus Home, which will allow users to buy and play games, as well as interact with other Oculus Rift owners.

At their conference, Oculus also revealed a number of games for the device, including Edge of Nowhere, a third-person survival action game by Insomniac. In this game, one travels to the Antarctic mountains in search of a missing expedition team.
Other games announced at the conference included AirMech VR, EVE: Valkyrie, and more. Oculus also said that the company would contribute over $10 million toward independent games developed for the Rift.
Oculus have not yet announced a price for the Rift.

[YT]nTDnVQgICl4[/YT] Every unit of the Oculus Rift will come bundled with an Xbox One controller, but Oculus partnership with Microsoft doesnt stop there. The two companies also announced today that one will be able to stream Xbox One games to the Rift.
Since the Oculus Rift offers native support for Windows 10, it makes it easy to offer functionality between the Xbox One and the Rift, Microsoft said. In order to stream games from Xbox One to the Rift, users will require a PC.
While it might be surprising that Oculus and Microsoft would partner up this way, it actually makes sense. Back in 2007, Microsoft acquired an equity stake in Facebookwhich owns Oculusworth $240 million.

Rest assured that titles like Crackdown, Quantum Break and Scalebound will be front and center at gamescom along with new game reveals for both Xbox One and Windows 10.
Lol, the video of someone playing Forza on the Oculus shows how hilariously stupid it is, right now. You're basically in a virtual room, playing a regular 2D version of the game.
