I think it had 4 forelegs, we didn't get to see it all (unless the 3d distracted me again and I missed a bit)

Wasn't it only in the scene in Jotunheim(idk the correct spelling) when Odin appears out of nowhere in THAT pose shown in the concept art? Because after he initially arrives to talk to Laufey, there's no real shot of the horse again.

Nope it has 8. I made sure to SEE that. lol Slepnir ROCKS even it is the son of Loki. lol
EDIT: We DID see all 8 legs when the camera backed out from Odin when Laufey rose up to him.

So what about Spider-Man 2 which is one of the best sequel cmb films of all time, it was released two years after Spider-Man 1 btw. FF:Rise of the Silver Surfer was released two years after the original as well and it was a better film than it's predecessor.

Spider-Man 3 was releases 3 years after Spider-Man 2 and we see how that turned out, so I don't think it matters whether it takes two years or 3.

I'm sure Thor could give Jane a ride on his goat-driven chariot in the sequel. And serve them for dinner... oh wait Portman's a vegetarian.

Sorry BT, but that logic is totally flawed. How was Rise of the Silver Surfer in any way a good film?

Length of time between sequels has nothing to do with the quality of the film, director, script, actors will affect that.

heh hearing a goat in the background at the pet shop would have been priceless. lol
You have to figure the town IS a rural town and there are families with certain different animals as pets.

As did I, but I also liked Ghostrider better than X-Men Origins: Wolverine... It doesn't really mean much :p

SM2 and SM3 are exceptions, not the rule.

I suggest sticking a taser to your balls every 20 seconds for an hour and a half instead. You'll have more fun.

Haha, I'll take it under advisement. But I made it through Tales of Asgard yesterday, so I should be okay.

My 8 year-old says her favorite movies are "superhero movies that are slightly scary and have some romance," so we're off to see Thor. :)

Yeah Rise of the Silver Surfer was better than the first but still a pretty crappy movie.

Actually Both Werewolf by Night and Ghost Rider were what got be BUYING my own Comics back in the day lol.
I used to read my neighbors comics, Avengers and Thor were my faves, but as a KID I was a HUGE Classic monsters fan and When I heard Werewolf by night and Ghost rider were coming out in a Comic book I started buying them. lol

Some of the first comics I got into collecting religiously was also Ghost Rider, but Danny Ketch out of the good ole' bargin bin, so I was there opening day to see Ghost Rider, and honest to God I was blind to how bad it was because of how psyched I was at the time.

The feelings of betrayal or of sank in after the rush of opening night madness was out of my system.

I love the monster comics as well, I haven't caught up but I'm glad to see Man-Thing back in action on the covers Thunderbolts.

I guess it might be okay as its own thing, but I went in expecting an adaptation of Son of Asgard, which it fails spectacularly at. Although, even as its own thing, it's really, really not Thor. I can't get behind a Thor adaptation where the Warriors Three are lying shams and Thor himself is totally incompetent.

I just saw Thor last night and was pleasantly surprised by how awesome it was.

    Can't wait for a sequel.
