The Dark Knight Rises Unpopular Opinion but I hate The Christopher Nolan Dark Knight Trilogy

You know it's funny but to me, The fact that no police show up to apprehend the Joker at the end of the 89 movie when he's dumping money in the crowd is a way bigger plot hole than anything in The Dark Knight Rises.

Also, I've said it before, I'll say it again, Bane is not a "pawn", Equal partnerships exist.
I don't post here any more but frankly the fact you brought Batman89 into this subject speaks volumes.
Equal partnerships....
There's no one that can convince me DKR is on par with the rest of the trilogy. Its a poorly made film by Christopher Nolans standards and i will take that to the grave.

That subtle dig at me appreciating B89 as time has gone on has left a bitter taste in my mouth tbh. I don't do personal attacks so im leaving this convo. Goodbye

If i get a warning so be it.

I'm not under any illusion that I could convince you otherwise but I am legitimately curious as to what CBM's you think "are on par" with Begins and The Dark Knight.

I haven’t been here in years, so it’s nice to see people getting along lol. Here’s my take.

Batman begins: overall great Batman movie, great atmosphere, great suit. The fact that Bruce goes on a journey which starts by him becoming a criminal is not ideal for me. Could’ve showed a better picture of him learning martial arts.

Looking back it’s amazing how Bruce spent the whole movie being told by numerous father figures what he should do. Ras tells him he could become a legend. Than Lucious tells him here’s your suit and your equipment. Than Alfred gives him support and a speech about getting back up. The criminal guy whose name I forget tells him this is how fear works and how important it is. It’s still works, but it feels like he’s being told throughout the whole movie what he should become… he doesn’t seem to have that much…assertiveness throughout the process. Something that really works is the atmosphere, which really changed in the two later movies sadly, he’s not portrayed as a beast in the shadows anymore.
