People keep mentioning that they don't want to see Batman die in the third flick. Was that ridiculousness actually rumored at some point?
Robin - in any shape or form be it Tim Drake, Jason Todd or Dick Grayson
Harley Quinn - as cool as the character is on print, she doesn't work in the Nolanverse and is lame without the Joker. If anything, a small cameo in Arkham is all.
Rachel Dawes Resurrection
Riddler would be a great villain to mess with Batman's mind with all those riddles. Both previous movies have had a villain that challenged Batman mentally. Need to continue that trend. Plus Riddler's riddles let Batman show off his detective skills.
As much as I like the character, I think we haven't yet reached the full potential of him. Nolan could do something great with him. To me he seems like a logical next step in the third film. But I won't get my hopes up.
I'm torn when it comes to the Batmobile.
I just don't see why Batman would go from using the Tumbler, which was a good all round all-terrain vehicle, to using a more basic car type vehicle. It just seems like a step back. The Batmobile (at least most variations we have seen) wouldn't be as versatile as the Tumbler was, if only for the wheels.
And I know they could just design a Batmobile with big all-terrain tyres, but then wouldn't it just more resemble a Tumbler 2.0?
Dont you think Batmans mind has been messed up already? I mean Joker already tricked Batman a lot in The Dark Knight. Riddler is a good character just not for the next movie
It was actually. I remember reading rumours of Wayne Enterprises being blown up,with Batman in it.

IMO. Riddler's not about messing up anyones mind, just challenging it.
I REALLY dont want a daft FBI thing where he lays out traps trying to catch Batman and fails all the time. The whole thing becoming obsessed with his Riddler persona...what the hell? That isnt his character at all,and it doesn't fit with OCD,thats dual personality.
Not a personality.
OCD is when youre obsessed with unusual habits. A compulsion to open and close a door repeatedly. Turning on and off a light repeatedly. Repeatedly stalking people. Riddler's case is obsessed with repeatedly leaving riddles and traps.
Exactly. But Ive never heard a case of split personality being based on OCD. Thats usually schizophrenia. Thats not Riddler's illness.
IMO. Riddler's not about messing up anyones mind, just challenging it.
Not really. Joker sets things up to mess with a person.
Riddler challenges them to literally a puzzling game. Its a very different feeling from the both of them.

When Joker talks about the "schemers" in TDK, he makes it sound like he's not a schemer, though apparently he is because of his orchestrations. Are you saying that Joker's first orchestration set in place a bunch of dominoes, and the after-effect being the tumbling, thereof?
Joker was bull s**ting Harvey there. Of course Joker is a schemer. He's just an insane schemer.
