This is 40
I can't look at this movie poster without laughing
Is it meant to be funny?

I'll assume this poster is the funniest thing in that film
I'm not a big fan of comedy films

Killer Joe (2011)

Deliciously depraved. I found it hilarious personally, but it's definitely not for everyone. Also, as a connoisseur of KFC, I'm glad Rule 34 took effect here. I'm actually hungry after seeing it.

haha.

That scene is seriously f***ed up.

Friday the 13th Part II
:lmao:

Rocky 5
It's not as bad as most people say, it's not so bad, it's not bad
6.5/10

EDIT: This score is too low, I'm raising it 2
8.5/10 is good, nothing too generous

The Impossible (9/10): what a movie. The performances are solid (shame they seem to be getting ignored this award season) and i thought the movie itself managed a good balanced between the tragedy of the tsunami and the story of this family, that were blessed in the end considering. Cant remember how many times i actually cried lol, but i highly recommend it.

The Two Towers: Extended Edition

Return Of The King: Extended Edition

(Been on a Sword & Sorcery kick lately)

Invention of Lying
Prometheus
Dumb and Dumber (Unrated)

Is it really being ignored like that? I haven't been following the nominations this awards season, the actors were amazing and should get some recognition.

Chernobyl Diaries

5.5/10

Rocky Balboa
9.5/10

They stepped their game up with this one
Strong finale to one of the most entertaining film series

Sword of Doom (1966)

Smilla's Sense of Snow (1997)

Willow (1988)

From what i see, only Naomi Watts seems to be getting some buzz. I think Ewan and the older kid should get some recognition as well at the very least.

Tries way too hard to be deep and philosophical, the concept for the end sequence is great but the budget isn't there to pull it off properly. 5/10

The Empire Strikes Back. The unaltered version.

Zero Dark Thirty (6/10): i'm still trying to understand why this movie has all this hype. I'm underwhelmed and disappointed. I was even bored at times. The raid was exciting though, so that's why i gave it a 6.

Lincoln.

Pretty boring but outstanding performances all around

Total Recall (2012)

I enjoyed it. Fun movie. 7.5/10

Wish Bill Nighy had more of a role.

Zero Dark Thirty.

Not Bad, a pretty good performance from Jessica Chastain, but of the potential nominees I've watched, which is Les Mis, Lincoln, Django, and ZDT (Haven't watched Life of Pi or Argo yet), I think Lincoln is the best one so far.
