Skyfall is only my third bond movie to get a 5/5 along with Goldfinger and Goldeneye.

HBO was just showing it and I'm surprised it was really good, the unknown actors did a pretty convincing job of portraying random teens who happen upon superpowers. It was also sad how the one teenager who was always picked on had to go out the way he did.

I felt the same way. My big grip with it is that the found footage angle was totally unnecessary and in my opinion, detracted from the story. That and a few other things kept it from greatness, but still a very good film and much better than I expected.

...the film that got me into Batman and comics in general. I know I may watch the film through rose tinted glasses...ahh, nostalgia. I watched Batman 89 a week ago and was hoping to go through the Burton-Schumacher films......every time I plan these marathon things I get sick...so hopefully I can get to it this week.
