Batman/Superman: Public Enemies (2009)

Amazeballs. The comic is one of my all time favourites and this has got to be one of the high points of the animated division. If BvsS makes bank, I'd love to see Snyder adapt the comic.

One of my ALL-TIME favorite films!!!

A connoisseur !
With The Time Machine it's the movie that got me into time travel.

Borat

Nowhere near Borat on the Ali G show

Exodus: Gods & Kings aka Overacting: Ham & Scenery Chewing (2014)

I'm really dissapointed in myself for missing this in theatres, it's a visual marvel. I liked the film quite a bit, but I really got the sense it was gutted in the editing room. A lot of characters seem to just appear and disappear at random. It made total sense when I read that Scott's final cut of the film was over four hours long. I'd really like to see it.

Christian Bale and Ridley Scott has been a dream teaming of mine for a long time and I'm glad I got to enjoy their pairing. He was amazing in the film.

Mad Max Fury Road (2015): Saw this for the third time tonight, and I still adore it. Went with people who are not familiar with the Mad Max films, and they all seemed to love it.

Dawn of the Planet of the Apes (2014): I saw this for the first time last night. I'm sorry, but I don't get the hype. I had to finish this movie in 2 sittings; that's how much it bored me. There was nothing new or original in the movie. I was always several steps ahead of the film; it was very predictable. It's not a bad movie, but it's very "meh," in my opinion. I will probably never watch it again. On the plus side, the highlights of the movie for me are the special effects and Gary Oldman's performance.

Spy (2015)

This was really funny. As someone who thought Bridesmaids was solid, but tended to run it's jokes into the ground, Spy has a bit of bad physical comedy, but it's jokes really hit non stop. The performances across the board were comedic timing 101. Jason Statham in particular was freakin' amazing. They should reboot Naked Gun with him as Frank Drebin.

Men In Black 3 (2012)

This Island Earth - MST3K version (1955/1995)
