You are fine with Money Penny being black because she isn't a big role. Implying that if it was, being black would be a problem for you. Blacks should be in their place.
WTF?!?!?!?!?!?
"Blacks should be in their place."
You took that from what i said about characters? WTF is wrong with you?!?
I didn't implied anything, and the fact that you think i did, say a lot more about you than about me.
"Blacks should be in their place." is the most ridiculous, absurd, pathetic, moronic, stupid, grotesque...thing i have ever read.
Moneypenny's small role is about the fact that she is seen as M's secretary that Bond flirts with.
That's it.
Her race is unimportant to the character.
The same applies to M, which was played by Judi Dench, and not male like in the original.
But, even so, they played it perfectly by making Craig's Bond set before Connery, which made Dench's M be the predecessor to the male from the original.
This way they could have the character be a woman and be true to the original.
It wasn't needed since M is
just Bond's boss, race or gender are unimportant to the character.
They can even go to the point of, in the future, have M be asian or black or anything else...by replacing the actual one.
