Here's an exclusive image of Venom's first transformation in spider-man 3. The fx are still a little rough but you all should get the idea of what it will be like in the final film.

No that's not a real image from sm3, just an image from the faculty. But I like how the mouth was done. That'd be perfect for topher-venom.

So you want Venom to go after bad guys like Spidey but killing them instead of webbing them up and Spidey is against that, but they must join force against a new villain?

Hmmm....I think Spider-Man will still go after Venom to stop him, because he'll disapprove of his methods, but maybe they could team up to defeat a stronger villain like Sandman.

Dude - don't mention IMDB. It's been referenced too many times, and it means ABSOLUTELY nothing.

It is not a reliable source until the movie is actually released. It gets all of its info from fans who write in and tell them all the rumours and stuff they've heard. If a movie's already out, then IMDB is a handy resource, but it is notoriously unreliable about the facts of a movie in production.
