I fail to understand, why's all of a sudden, everyone seems to hate Ramin's Iron Man I score. It's really spectacular. I mean, when I'm reading some Iron Man comics or thinking about Iron Man, some particular themes from the movie are coming to my mind & that's awesome.
My favorite tracks from the movie:
* Driving With The Top Down
* Merchant of Death
* Fireman
* Mark II
* Iron Man (the last part of the song is just epic! Definitely needs to be a theme of Stark in The Avengers)
Because it's unbearably generic and simple. Debney's IM2 score isn't exactly brilliant but at least it doesn't sound like a teenager wrote it, there's some really intelligent use of woodwinds in there. Here are some reviews that put it way better than I can.
