Looking how bad this movie is turning out, I totally understand why Bale and Nolan would want nothing to do with it.
People seem to be pissed at Nolan for being mad about this... and I don't understand that. Bale, and Nolan, in my opinion, should not be looked down on because they don't want to be apart of this.
Honestly, as much as I want this movie... it's going to suck. They're pushing it waaaay too hard... they're rushing like hell... they're casting no-talent kids with hardly any experience.... they've got the director from "Happy Feet"... this movie has "failure" written all over it.
When we get that cast-list tomorrow... mark my words.. it's just more confirmation that this movie is doomed, and you won't see me in the theater.
I love how George Miller is always referred as the director of 'Happy Feet' by ignorant people. It's like they think that's the only movie he's ever made.
well since it was recent and he won an oscar for it.............
right, still that doesn't help on the ignorance front, when people are using the film as an example of why JLA will suck.
yes i agree i was just stating thats probably why people say so, even in articles they reference happy feet with george miller.
oh definately, I knew what you meant, I was just sort of using your post stating he won an oscar to tie all the ignorance together...if that makes sense...I need to not drink and type.
its ok, i drink and type a lot myself.

Yeah, cause we've totally seen a script, casting and footage.
Good solid arguement. But TheVileOne is determined to hate on this film I think, so rational arguements are of no use.

How very Advanced Dark of you hunter_rider when you know how absolute bull**** that is. But that's OK, you can stick your head in sand about what I'm positive about just like him.
hey, as long as Nolan and Singer are able to work on their trilogies, then I don't carewhat is done with JL.
t:That's why different universes makes sense. You can stick with the Nolanverse, or the Singerverse, the Millerverse, the Pitofverse, or embrace 'em all.t:

Jesus dude, lighten up, take a look at the smilies would ya ? and just relax, it's called a joke, we don't all take these movies and these boards as seriously as you seem to be doing and as for what you like, well in the 3 years Ive been here you seem to hate most things.
Well thank you Advanced_rider.![]()
Oh hang the fact that I you know LIKE Batman Begins and Superman Returns.
I wonder where you were on here when the Spider-man movie first came out or X-men 2. Or plenty of other things I've positively commented on or discussed, but whatever. Stick your head in the sand about that just like Advanced Dark because I don't like Daredevil, Fantastic Four, Elektra, X-men 3 or whatever is constantly defended before it comes out as being totally awesome containing all sorts of footage that never ends up in the actual film.

Very true. And really, there may be no direct violations of continuity in JLA. It could simply be perceived as events occuring later in Batman and Superman's careers.
