Why Thor or Superman cannot beat Sentry.

I love this post because it's so true. Change is good usually imo.

Except those from DC which include this event in continuity. ;)

Dc don't own Marvel charcters and its canon has no say in the timeline of Marvel characters;)

So yes I can safely ignore them:up:

Ps the inclusion of Krona egg is hardly the inclusion of the "event"

I guess buried alien must actually be the Flash then:eek:

However Marvel include it in the Avengers timeline in the handbook. You don't that's fair enough. You disagree with the companies and I don't. No problem.

Marvel comics publications, creator interviews, DC comics all reference it. You don't that's fair enough. You disagree with both companies and the creator of the book working for both companies. It's your choice.

Again my choice

I'm going to sail a ship on a sea of fanboy tears.

It will be called the 'S.S. Change is good so shut up and quit whining' and will be made of issues of New Avengers and Civil War that people discarded in fits of fanboyish rage because hacks like Millar and Bendis ruined such classic characters that were doing so well before they came along.

That's about the sum of it, they don't like change, except what they claim is good change. Which is usually a shift that's basically useless and in a few months ends with them complaining about a lack of original ideas when they just doused the ideas that would take the character into a whole new direction.

Book me a ticket on that ship.

The X-men handbook lists X-Men Adventures as canon (which anyone with a brain will tell you it isn't). X-men adventures make specific references to Marvel vs DC.

Until I see a an actual Marvel comic referencing the event, I don't regard it as canon. You are free to think otherwise

Hey! You either agree with both companies stance or you don't and you don't, it's cool, you've given your opinion as justification. That's enough for you, it's not for me. No problem.

Do you consider Marvel vs Dc canon?

I have answered this pages earlier. It's Friday and the pub calls :) you don't like JLA/ Avengers being called canon by both companies, that's fine take it up with them Busiek and Perez.

- Whirly

Surely if you can write Whirly in every post you can type a simple yes or no?

I have a simple question for you do you consider your opinion greater than that proposed by DC and Marvel in publications and Kurt Busiek and George Perez in seperate interviews?

Yes or No?

Off to the pub have a good evening mate.

Couldn't answer the question heh?:D

To answer yours...yes:)

Now do you consider Marvel vs DC to be canon? (this question will still be here when you come back from your local)

But if DC vs Marvel was in print from both companies, wouldn't that make it cannon since it is out there, in print? I have never seen any sort of official 'retcon' for it....

A) Really, Horrorfan, I'm not the first to tell you this. Canon, with one n.
B) Not everything printed is canon.
