I think he's truly become one of the best all Arounders WWE's ever had with the promo work and match quality he's been putting in as of late.

Just watched the last two NXT episodes (took a sick day from work because I screwed up my back and the thought of sitting at a desk from 8:30-5 sounded like a nightmare). Zayn-Neville has me so pumped. They really need to let them go out and perform and not end the match with any shenanigans. If those two guys are allowed to just cut loose together and have a clean finish, I smell match of the year contender, if not winner.

I thought the 2 most interesting bits of new info were the talk he had with The Rock and the bizarre situation with Roman Reigns, "Here's an idea, if you want him to look strong why don't I just put him over?" vs WWE's weird logic.

The Rock was like "Yo Punk, WTF, man?"

Punk and Reigns had a good match on Old School RAW.

However I fail to see how he's at fault in this situation. At the end of 3 years working his ass off he'd had his momentum purposely stunted twice, he was screwed out of money on more than one occasion, given false promises and flat out lies while dealing with endless double standards, was fed to all the part timers with nothing in return, and was put in the ring with an unsafe guy on 2 separate occasions on the basis of more false promises.

And yet the haters are like "Punk needs to shut up and be thankful WWE screwed him multiple times with no lube!"

By the end his ribs were broken from the aforementioned feud, his elbow and knee were both damaged and he had a staph infection on his back that they refused to treat and it could have killed him, how exactly was he supposed to react when it all came to a head? Then on top of that they fired him on his wedding day, the thing that seems to have angered him more than anything oddly enough.

It's my fault for being hasty with AJ as I didn't know about the wedding day firing until Part 1 of the shoot. No wonder she stopped giving a fu** since she came back.

Is it just me that thinks this, I suspect not, but... don't you guys think WWE shot themselves in the foot pretty damn bad when they turned down Punk's ideas, or undermined his sponsorship opportunities, or co-opted events from him?

I mean,

He was gonna wear UFC style shorts with sponsorships on them. He was gonna be the face of Slim Jim's. He was gonna be paid 20, 000 to be at a con for 4 hours.

These things matter. Punk's spot on the card matters.

Vince says he wants the next Stone Cold and no one has grabbed the brass ring since Cena and it is BS. They had their chance with Punk, all they had to do was let Punk go as far as he was capable of going.

Instead, their office is e-mailing THQ to say, 'no, you don't want Punk on the cover of the game', back when Punk was white hot. What the hell is that?

Punk's reasoning, and I guess this is what it is, is they don't want any 1 guy having power. But I mean how the hell is any one supposed to break through as a top guy when they undermine their talent at every turn.

And not just that, but their ***** treatment eventually lost them Punk, one of their biggest stars.

WWE is its own worst enemy right now. I think they're going to bleed money and things will get worse before they get better.

I truly hope he never comes back. The man shines greater outside the ring than in it. From just watching that video from NXT, the man has so much charisma, charm and like-ability. If his return was handled right by giving him freedom to shine, then his return would have been a success.

Batista promoting "Guardians Of The Galaxy" as the WWE Champion could've helped add a potential extra $50 million to the movie's worldwide gross.

I'm glad he got to work with new talent like Del Rio, Sheamus, and the Shield, but he should've had PPV matches against Lesnar and Bryan. Colossal waste of money making opportunities.

Although the downside is if had Batista won the Undisputed Championship AND The Streak ended, Wrestlemania 30 would've been crucified until the end of time!

Man, If Sami Zayn keeps his promo game up like he has been, when he gets on the mic with Cena...He'll easily blow him out of the water. They can cut similar promos but Sami Zayn delivers them with more intensity and sincerity
