People b***h about the ASM2 costume all the time in the spidey boards, and it's baffling. It was actually one of the the things they did right in ASM2.

If there's anything great that came out of TASM2, it would be the Spidey suit. But ultimately, it's very to hard to discuss the merits or drawbacks of a Spider-man suit with someone who's opinion is based on nothing and who is aged between 10 and 15 years old.

Maybe my memory is failing me, but when the suit was first revealed people were in love with it. Especially the larger eyes? What happened to the love? Am i misremembering it?

The suit in ASM 2 was the most faithful it's ever been to the comics. You're not missing anything. The lesson here, is that nerds will be nerds. Nothing more.

The TASM suit was originally disappointing, I got over my disappointment.
The TASM2 costume is so awesome I was excited for the update since the head reveal, but I wanted to preserve judgement until I see the full suit in action, it didn't disappoint.
