I seriously doubt you'll get colorful uniforms. The clothes for the mall scene are the nod to the comic colors, I think. Even Psylocke was going to be in Singer Black™ until she suggested the purple.

When Raven says "let's go to war" the containers that are holding the x-men "uniforms" are from the same picture Bryan tweeted with the blurry uniforms on the green background ... I'm worried we won't get colorful uniforms ... At all ):

It could be at the very end a la Rogue and Iceman getting their costumes in X2.

That shot of Apocalypse's eyes are great. Just haunting.

I'm weirdly compelled by the footage of Erik we've gotten so far. It all just looks very nice. Sophie also looks great as Jean in the trailers too.

Poor Mystique! (What was she trying to do? Physically ambush Apocalypse?) I hope it's not a tease a la Storm in DOFP's trailer.

The effects could be better here and there, but there are still a few months left to improve them.

Overall, it's a good teaser. Lots of exciting shots without giving anything away really.

The APOCALYPSE tv spot was the best of the genre from last night...hands down. It's not even close in my eyes. That thing looked huge.

I am trying to chronologically piece together the trailers. Is this fight the final fight or is this the X-Men first fight the horsemen? Surely they will need some horsemen to turn on Apoc and Perhaps this is the fight in which one or two do?

CGI and backgrounds obviously still need some work, but the cinematography and lighting are amazing. There are a couple of extremely beautiful shots both in this spot and the original trailer. This movie might not have the 'Avengers' feel as much as DOFP when it comes to the cast, but it looks like this might be the biggest and best X-Men movie we've had so far. A huge team up/destruction movie with a lot of power displays, but that still keeps that somewhat grounded and emotional feeling that sets these movies apart.

I am assuming it all happens in the final battle.

Really it depends on the pacing of the final battle, its not like its gonna be 20 min of horseman fighting and then 10 min of all of them fighting apocalypse because thats not really how these things work in movies

I'd always thought this would happen early in the movie based on set reports, but when the set interviews came out later it made me doubt it. Happy to see it's still in. It'll give us a nice action sequence early on.

To be fair, it does look a little bit off. It's being nit-picky on a cool looking sequence but the physics of the sequence isn't quite right - even imaginary things can look off.

Is the main battle set in Egypt? We see lots of destruction most likely throughout the movie. Based on the trailers it looks like Storm takes out NYC. But those shots of the X-Men there's Arabic writing in the bg and I remember Bryan put a picture of the set and it was Egypt. A lot will be set there I assume due to apocalypse and Storm's stories from there but I'm thinking the final battle will be there also.

i have my doubts about that since he clearly has his wings here and i don't see them showing another fight with angel after the nightcrawler one since its likely the more important to the overall story

Blob could be one of the previous fighters we get a look at kick someones ass to introduce us to the cage fight idea before the next fight or he could be a bouncer ect ect

Well to be fair thinking back to X1 and X2 the physics in the wolverine fights were often a little light and silly *cough* wolverine spinning around part of the statue of liberty with his claws!!! *cough cough*

you could almost see it as singer going back to those ways of action ;p
