I mean that's just stupid. Either way she left during the big battle and came back. So either scenario would've required the same amount of on-set filming time for Paquin.I think they said something to the effect of they thought it would seem like she was saying, though this could've been a joke, "I've been partying for the past week, what's been going on here?" or something like that.
I'm sure the parents who want their gay kid to go thru conversion therapy also think they're doing the right thing for their son because he's not-all-there, mentally.I don't see why it's a slap in the face for someone who doesn't like something about themselves, that can mentally effect them and hurt others physically around them, to give that up.
Rogue's powers physically hurt other people and personally effect her as a person when she does it, she's said that when she touches someone she can feel them inside her head. Rogue is choosing to have a life that she wants.I'm sure the parents who want their gay kid to go thru conversion therapy also think they're doing the right thing for their son because he's not-all-there, mentally.
The reports of Ellen Page's experience on the set of X3, of Ratner bullying her, teasing her, telling a female crew member to go make out with Page to turn her gay, kinda explains it all, tbh.

Saw the movie tonight. Very bad. Sophie's acting was not the best. She really didn't do much destruction as The Phoenix. The pacing was also terrible. Didn't get good until the end. The train sequence was the best part of the movie. Great display of power from Storm, Nightcrawler and Cyclops. The movie was pretty much the same ol' stuff we've seen in the past. Not progressive at all. Glad this is the last X-film from Fox
I don't care who you are, this is the hypest beat in the franchise. THIS is the X-theme I've been waiting on. And the scenes it's used in, are everything I've been waiting for. Like, I actually got choked up, and seriously emotional.
Finally Fox gives us their new fully realized version of X-Men. This whoops the heck out of Last Stand, seriously. I didn't totally hate Apocalypse, but I think Dark Phoenix is a more coherent movie with an actual meaning behind it and themes I didn't even pick up on until my girlfriend pointed them out to me. It's dark, different, WEIRD, brisk, awkward, clunky and unlike any other X-Men movie. It's full blown Fox. As it should be for the fitting, final film. It comes full circle back to X1 so nicely IMHO.
I'm so happy this exists and was released for people who appreciate oddity genre films, because we will never get another X-Men film like this again.
You're 100% right. We really will never get another X-Men film like this again.I'm so happy this exists and was released for people who appreciate oddity genre films, because we will never get another X-Men film like this again.
Infinity War and Endgame both barely followed the MCU formula...
Because it was awesome and featured an amazing lead actress. It still makes me laugh how the last Resident Evil film made $30million in it's opening day in China.

Mind you, Resident Evil The Final Chapter (or is it) has a 37% rt rating vs. Dark PhoeniX's 22%. The former also served as a better culmination of a 10+ year old franchise and it didn't take itself too seriously and does its purpose, a mindless popcorn flick which the audience have come to eXpect over the years. While something like the X-Men shouldn't be compared to a 2nd tier film franchise, especially when cb movies / Marvel movies are generally better reviewed and have higher standards compare to videogame films like Resident Evil, and that the X-Men franchise was more than a mindless popcorn flick. Infact, a lot of the reviews are calling the film, boring and bland. Its not even cheesey ott kind of mess. But a 2 hour slug.Strangely you don't look at RT score when a you like a movie/actress![]()

Well since when I didn't accept a Rt rating?A long log post to said only that you can accept RT score only when you want.
There is no need of the other words.
Take the joke![]()
