I'm very happy with Argo winning, but I do wish it was Lincoln.

Also, Sandra Bullock's face opening that envelope will be all over the internet in about five minutes.

Affleck looking quite pleased with himself. I would be.

Not sure about that either. Wahlberg probably would have at least touched the head if that were the case. He didn't touch Ted at all, so I think it was a full hologram.

I'm not saying it was, just -- if it was -- I don't think touching the head matters that much since I think it's usually firmly connected somehow. I forgot how they do it. Just it's been done a lot in the past even with stunts at times. Star Wars comes to mind - those were all masks at that point in time.

You wanted Adele, there ya go. I knew it was her as soon as I saw that shadow.

Adele's dress is so boring, I liked her fun dress at the Grammy's quite a bit. I like her speeches so she should give charming one when she wins.

All her background singers for that cut were black, weren't they? They sounded like that in the movie's opening.

Wow, she looks good tonight. No wonder so many gay men want to have sex with her, for a while.

Whoever's in charge of the soundboard can't decide on a level for her vocals.

Waiting for Stacy Kiebler to rip off her dress and pile drive the midget in the Ted costume.

Adele's the only pop singer I care to listen. Great voice

This Skyfall song is kinda weak.

Can't wait to see the movie though.

And she gave a very sweet speech. So Anne played in two hit movies and won an Oscar for one of them. I say her career is going pretty damn great right now.
Yeah, the speech was nice. This is just awesome. She had this locked but to actually see it play out is something else. This is real. A glorious moment in her career I've been anticipating! :applaud:hrt:

Adele's drowning like bond. Sounds not that good tonight

Russell Crowe also got drowned out

I almost admire them for being so brazen in spotlighting only this nominee for Original Song (unless the others are coming up too). They tossed that snippet of "Suddenly" into the Les Mis medley, but otherwise...

Great song, though.

Amazing song, just beautifully written!
