No, that'd be Beatrice Straight. She had only one scene in Network. Dame Judi Dench would also have had less.

How the hell do you get a supporting actor award for one scene?

I think there's one that only had 5 mins of screen time.

That seems to be Dame Judi, I kinda feel like Sally Fields got beaten by a song.
