But bias or not, it's fishy that film superheroes, film heroes by definition, don't have individual focus. Especially when categories with characters that aren't a traditionally defined hero did.

I'd actually like to see Lupita in the new Star Wars trilogy. Hell, I think she would be down for something like that because she's stated before that she's a big Sci Fi fan.
This way it frees Ejiofor to play Black Panther.

You might be giving Travolta too much credit. "Chewbacca Endor" sounds more like Chiwetel Ejiofor than "Adele Dazeem" sounds like Idina Menzel.
Next year they need to just let viewers vote on a list of names and have Travolta read them all off onstage.
