Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. - S2E1 "Shadows"

You can't be serious. He's been talked about in here nonstop.

Anyway, I think it's Howard the Duck in human form but I maybe wrong. :o

I think he's not talking about Absorbing-man, but the guy at the VERY end.

Terrific premiere..

I can't lie though..i"m salty about Lucy Lawless...One does not simply bring on Xena for one episode

Wow,so that was...um....yeah...

I'm really underwhelmed. The series feels nothing like last year.I guess I couldn't expect it too.But Coulson out of the field is nothing to look forward too.

They took their time getting us caught up with Fitz. Can't say I like where they seem to be going with him.

The new characters are OK.I get the feeling Lucy is going to be this season's answer to John Garrett, but we'll see.

My favorite part was the scene with Ward.I hope they continue to build to something good with him.

I was glad to see Triplett.Apart from May & Skye he's the only familiar face in the field from last season.

I am majorly disappointed in Creel & Talbot. As a long time Hulk fan,Creel was more like a prop than a character.(The FX were great though) I was hoping for an origin.Maybe that's still to come.

Talbot having a wife and kid is sorely disappointing.I want him to marry Betty in TIH 2!He's one of my favorite supporting characters, but it's looking less and less likely that they have any intentions for the character beyond being Coulson's antagonist.

So,all in all,I'm not really feeling it so far.I'm not gonna jump the gun.If we learned anything last year,it's that AOS needs to build as the season progresses. So,I'll keep my fingers crossed.....

Oh,and I don't like Skye's new hair-do.There.I said it.

Man, that hour sure did go by fast….

I loved the HYDRA minion's outfit at the beginning of the show, that whole sequence was pretty cool.

Poor Fitz, I just want to give him a huge hug.
Right that was TOO fast lol

Yeah that Agent Carter fashback was great!

Well it would seem that the main bad guy of the moment doesn't age. Is it too early to speculate The Infinity Formula?

Also, was the 084 also of Kree origin? It had some strange markings on it

I noticed those markings too. I don't know if there are any Kree artifacts from the comics that could match it.

And good call on the Infinity Formula, could be.

Who exactly is paying the bills for this new SHIELD?

I'm sure we'll get to explore Creel more throughout the season. I thought this was a good introduction to him.

Hopefully you can enjoy the season, Torch, even if you didn't love the premiere.

Loved 2/3's of last season and love the start of this one. Love the changes with the additions of the new characters to the team and developments of the old ones.

I loved all of last season but walked away from this one a little disappointed. I think it's because I needed a refresher on where we're at but didn't do so. I had questions all through the episode. About the only thing I can remember is Phil becoming the new director.

Didn't last season end in a hotel or something like that? or with Agent may being picked up walking on the side of a road?

Still trying to figure out what that symbol was myself. Syke seemed to recognise it tho

It did look like Kree markings, but I'm going to have to see it again. I don't know if it has a likely comic-counterpart, though, or if it's a new invention for the MCU.

So..............that metal object.................think it's one of the infinity gems? I mean, there's suppose to be 6 of them right but we only have seen 2 or 3 of them right?

Anyone else notice the metal object have the markings that Skye has been studying on it? or was that just my imagination?

But...crime doesn't pay

No, actually crime is extremely profitable. With the resources they had when they went underground, Coulson and his team could make bank selling weed.

Nope, the very last episode ended with them going to the base where they are hanging out at now and Coulson in the middle of the night writing down all that weird alien-whatever on a wall.

Lol. You need to watch the shows straight or something. You're missing alot.

I wonder how long the writers are gonna play the Hannibal Lecter angle with Ward before his inevitable escape.

I loved the "Winter Soldier" approach to Creel. Very little background at the beginning, was just a force of nature tearing through everything he touched. The canyon-sized gap between how he and Deathlok were presented is what truly showed that they're taking it to another level this season. That part where he turned into concrete was just amazing. So glad he's not a one-off villain.
